I ordered shoes from Brandosa and Amazon at the same time. Was disappointed I only receive Brandosa's stuff few days after Amazon - I thought Brandosa's courier will be faster. Anyways, now i have to return some items, and the return process is not straight forward, I have to ring customer service within 30 days to arrange a pick up. Amazon offers free 365-days return. Then again, Brandosa carries some brands that can't be found in Amazon. Other than the delivery and return service, can't find fault with Brandosa.

After ordering and then writing to customer service on the same day I informed you that the order should have been foe size 10 UK and not size 10 US - This was what was put into the website but the confirmation said US10

Your customer service email confirmed that these sizes are the same when indeed they are not!

What will you do to send the correct size and take return of those already delivered.

I ordered the shoes on a Saturday and didn't get them until the following Monday. But I loved the shoes and didn't need them in a hurry.

Got these 12 pounds cheaper than the high street but the shipping was longer than expected , but quick correspondence thanks.

The Adidas trainiers were a great price which is why I purchased from Brandosa. The delivery time states 2-3 days but mine was in fact 12 days an dteh boxes were slighlty damaged but thats down to the courier and the packaging so kind of expeceted.

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A PAIR OF BOOTS FINALLY I HAVE FOUND THE BRAND IM LOOKING FOR I LOOKED EVERYWHERE THEN I CAME ACROSS BRANDOSA AND I FOUND THEM AND NOT ONLT THAT BUT I GOT 10% OFF SO THEY WERE CHEEPER ASWELL IM SO THRILLED WITH THEM, THEY ALSO KEPT ME UP TO DATE WITH SEVERAL E MAILS

I checked the Brandosa site for the boots I was looking for, and it showed the best price I had seen. To make things even better, the site offered a 20% off voucher straight away, which convinced me to order the boots from this company. I placed my order and received the boots within 4 days of ordering (the delivery date was estimated at 5 days). I was impressed with the service - emails were sent to advise me of confirmation and dispatch, and I could track where my order was up to. I would definitely use Brandosa again.

Ordered but took nearly 2 weeks for it to arrive. there excuse is "too many orders" ..... when asked to expedite they kept giving me BS it was dispatched while it was still in the warehouse.

more than anything I would have appreciated some honesty but nada ..... wouldn't use them as they are not reliable.

Great price, good tracking a little longer than stated delivery. Shoe lace was not sealed at the end but thats Puma, not really Brandosas fault.

I ordered a pair of great shoes in Sale - one of my favourite brands and had a 20% off voucher too - Great until they order didn't arrive. Ordered 2nd April, order arrived 15th April - 2 weeks later. I was not informed of potential delay - after 3 days I had to write to ask what was happening - they did respond with reason being due to back orders due to Easter holidays in the warehouse, so I waited - almost another week, no further news, I had to chase up again myself. Customer service people were very pleasant and nice to deal with but they were not able to inform me of delivery time because they appeared not to have any contact with the warehouse. Not the greatest of experiences really - I would expect the company to inform me about any delays or problems without me the customer having to chase up and then still not know what was happening. Shoes did finally arrive and I was really pleased with them - such a shame it took 2 weeks and no information as to when they were turning up - I am not sure I would trust ordering again, which is a shame as they have a great range of shoes and brands.

The last pair of these shoes I bough lasted me 2 years and I only threw them away because I had a small hole that let the rain in. I wore them continuously for all this time. Would recommend them to anyone. Am going to buy another pair before I go on my holidays. Thank you for supplying shoes that I can wear straight away without having to break them in!! X

Very good prices on Skecher shoes. I bought a pair. sadly they were damaged, but customer service was excellent and sorted the problem immediately. I had a new pair posted to me, and a partial refund put back on my Paypal account, the next day. I will definately buy from Brandosa in the future!!

Delivery took a little longer than expected but it was FREE!! So can't complain too much! Besides the product the price and discount I recieved more than made up for my wait!
