Really disappointed with my recent experience at #Breakout, Emporium Mall Lahore (1st floor outlet).
I bought a pack of two boxers and specifically asked the salesman for the right size. He recommended a small, and trusting his advice, I didn’t double-check the size on the package.
When I got home, I tried one and realized it was too small. The very next day, I went back to the outlet to request an exchange for a medium. Even though I had only tried one piece, they refused to replace either of them.
I even requested them to at least replace the unused one, but they still said no.
It’s frustrating to see such poor customer service from a well-known brand. These small issues could easily be handled better, but this experience was really disappointing.
