Waste of time. Still do not have product ! Ordered in September now getting on for December. First sending was missing inhaler. Second and Third send never arrived. Their customer service trying to blame non-arrival on the fact that address conventions in other countries are different. If your address format is different to how they work in The Netherlands then your address must be wrong. Waste of time and money.

P.s. I note they always leave responses on Trustpilot saying to contact support email address but I have had plenty of conversations with them already that have been unhelpful !! They never read your emails properly, usually miss the point or issue and just send a standard pre-prepared response.

So simple, clean and easy. Hopefully I'll cut down on more cigarettes!!

I am loving it! However the flavoured cotton falls out sometimes, maybe needs a bit of work!

In my opinion is the BreatheLio the solution for quitting your smoking habit. The movement and taste are similar what results in less cravings. Would 10/10 recommend !!!!

Easy to order and great communication. It helped me quit vaping after having done so for 8 years and now I enjoy occasionally using the breathelio instead of being constantly addicted to nicotine - nothing else worked but this has been by far the most effective option I have found and significantly better than similar competitor devices.

While I haven't completely quit yet, I am seeing some progress. I am confident that I will be able to quit completely after a short time. I am pleasantly suprised with how this is helping me cut down to be able to stop.

I think I was ready to quit (25 years smoking, then 8 more vaping), so Breathelio was the "final nudge".

I still use it a lot (the move I mean) with a pleasant flavor in the mouth (like having a breath mint).

Seeing alot of baseless negative reviews on here that wanted to address :

Shipping concerns - This is fairly situational but i got mine delivered in three days which was perfect and exactly on time as promised. Seems like some people are not as fortunate.

Lack of Taste and Design : I dont understand this one, this is a device that is designed to help you quit smoking, not just replace it with an alternative, therefore did you actually expect it to be a replica of a chemical based electric pen that emits smoke? Some people are actually dumb, yes your sucking on wood, yes its not as strong as a vape, but i dont see them advertising it as anything different , in fact in all the adverts they make it cery clear as to what you will be receiving, nothibg misleading whatsoever, most definitely NOT a scam,

Now my concerns and experiences :

Overall when i first got it i was extremely happy with the results, as a nicotine pouch and vape user, i have not touched either since getting my hands on the item, flavors are good, mint cold turkey ,cinammon spice orange are standouts, i am surprised how i have never tasted a vape with a similar taste as the orange core because that would sellout pretty easily, the mango one is straight ass though and there is one more i have not tried yet, so out of the 6 flavors, 4/6 were actually very good with one left un reviewed.

However my main concern and this is a very very serious issue that needs to be addressed. WHAT ARE IN THESE CORES? Since the past teo days im having some very bad chest palpitations and my lungs feel extremely painful when i take long breaths, is this device actually safe? What is the ingredient list because all i see online is “100% natural ingredients” with no explanation as to what we are inhaling??? This is extremely serious concern that needs to be addressed and talked about, is anyone else having issues with this?

I have made steps in the order: cigarettes-vape 20mg nicotine-vape 15mg-vape 10mg-vape 5mg-LIO and it worked like a charm! The fruit based Lio wasn't what I expected and Lio gave me new mint ones immediately (and more than needed) so I am very happy with the customer service too. And let me say, I am 4 weeks in it and haven't touched my vape once. I even went to a festival and didn't once thought about the vape. I mean, really really great stuff! I am so happy so thank you so much! You guys should get more credits at the health department for making it easier to quit.

do not recommend and seeing the reviews on moneyback guarantee won't be sending back just binning. How can you sell a device so expensive and the cores dont fit. How as a company do they get away with this, and also the company shouldn't reply aswell, I just say avoid dont buy , much cheaper brands out there and this is shipped from Netherlands rather get a UK based provider.

Easy to navigate

I can understand the idea of it but having tried the “cold turkey” flavor and now using the mango and berry flavours, the lack of taste and same feeling on your thought is very noticeable.
I wouldn’t mind so much and just get more cold turkey if the cores weren’t about £7 a pack.

I feel like a lot of the these other flavours need something like peppercorn to give the same “Hit” as the “cold Turkey” but not very impressed with the cores as of yet

I've only been using this for 2 days but I can honestly say that it is so great and I love using it. The only flavour I've tried so far is the "oh my orange", I love how the flavour starts off quite strong then slowly fades the more you use it. I find this company to be quite good as there is so much information on their website and navigating the site is easy too. I'm also quite surprised at how fast the parcel got to me after ordering.

Very disappointing experience.
Due to a minor typo in the door number, I never received my parcel — despite repeatedly contacting both the company and the courier to correct the address. My requests were ignored, and customer service failed to respond. As it stands, I have neither the parcel nor a refund. I would not recommend this company and will be escalating the matter to relevant regulatory body.

Cravings havnt been too bad. Delighted I now no longer vape.
