Very happy with the product.
It's exactly what I needed to help me quit smoking.
It gave enough resistance to make my brain think I was taking a puff. The menthol flavor hit at the back of my throat (like smoke used to), so it checked all the boxes and I am now cigarette free

Let me share my experience. I bought this to stop my mindless snacking habit at my desk as well as kicking the vape. The focus aspect is real. When i feel the urge to snack or vape i take a few puffs of this and the urge subsides. It engages my senses and breaks the loop. The design is sleek and feels good to hold. It's a premium product. I’ve noticed i am drinking more water too. It’s like a total habit reset. A product.

You still need your Willpower
I'm wearing nicotine patches to try and stop the ratty little temper but breathe lio has helped with the hand to mouth habit. Two weeks now and everything is starting to feel a bit better. Don't forget to fray the end of the core or you'll lose it. KEEP GOING, you got this! Cinnamon and Mint are the stronger flavours

Customer Service inexistent
I ordered 2 discovery pack and 1 never arrived. I am very disappointed about the customer service. It keep asking me the same question each time. Like what is the number of my box and there is not follow up. The answer I get is I see that your box arrived and no solution is offered!
It is a pity I can not talk to someone real but it is only AI dealing with customer service
