I find the lio very smooth in the hand. I have the wooden one and got it to protect my teeth from damage. They helped me come off vape. Of which I cut down my nicotine intake over a few months to 0mg. Then I switched to lio. At first I wasn’t too pleased about the other flavours apart from the mint ones because they are less aromatic. Now I do not mind that they aren’t.

Really can’t fault this product it has worked for me!! I am over 1 month, zero vapes or cigarettes!! I was vaping at least 3 600puff vapes a day spending £70 a week. I went completely cold turkey with this product and honestly it’s brilliant. If you’re serious about quitting then this product is a must I would only recommend the flavours cold turkey and mint for that strong taste and hot on your throat. I tried all flavours orange is nice just really weak. I must add I am using some form of nicotine replacement but iv tried that several times with this I have finally done it and im on the road to a much healthier and fitter life style! Seems fine, but the price is ridiculous for what you get.
I really don't get how people get flavors out of those sticks. It tastes like dry air and that's it.

I dont think this is the thing that's going to make me stop vaping.

Company is great. I ordered the wrong kit originally and they dispatched another for free.
I am now two weeks vape free and it has been so easy with this device. My favourite flavours are the mint ones but they are all good.
Still can’t believe how is easy this has made quitting vaping.

delivery was supposed to be 3 days ago, and the delivery agent called to ask if i'm at the delivery address and I confirmed so.
Then there was no attempts to deliver, and I tried to contact the courier and Breathelio, but there's no response at all. And i'm trying to call the delivery agent but he doesn't answer.

It is 10 days i gave up smoking and vaping. Since the very beginning it helped me a lot . I use Breathelio a few times a day, as it completely stopped me from whishing to smoke. Hope the result will last, but till now it' s a life changer!

I stopped smoking within 3 days and i did not have carving at all. The only problem is the taste except fresh tastes the one with sweet and nice taste are deficult to be breathed in

The best solution for giving up a 30 year smoking habit; it was a very smooth transition and I am totally stunned how easy it was. I do not however go anywhere without my Lio and it has been an amazing relief to be free of nicotine now for six months and counting. Thank you Breathelio Team and Mees for liberating me and my lungs!!

Not keen on the fruit flavours, but it's possible because the wood holds the flavour from the eucalyptus and mint, so it drowns the more subtle flavours. I had already quit smoking and was vaping zero nicotine. This is a good aid to stop inhaling wet or sticky things and hopefully another step closer to being completely free!!

The breathe lio is honestly the reason I’ve been smoke free for over one month, with no real itch to pick up another vape. My biggest worry was that I’d be tempted when I out socializing or seeing others vape, but this behavior replacement helps so much! My favorites are the mint and cold turkey ☺️

I’ve been trying quite awhile to stop smoking. I’ve tried nicotine patch nicotine gum vaping going cold Turkey but I always seem to make it a few months down and then the craving start to kick in I am feeling really hopeful using the breathe lio i’ve only managed to try the two mint based flavours which is cold turkey and mint but I can honestly say I’m feeling really hopeful. I haven’t even thought about a cigarette once as this is completely replaced that hand to mouth action and because the flavour steak acts almost as a block you feel like you’ve taken a real drag as if you would on a cigarette so it’s completely satisfied my cravings very impressed. I think this will be a long-term thing. Would highly recommend to anybody trying to stop smoking or vaping.

From the very first day of using the Breather Lip, I noticed a real difference my urge to smoke dropped instantly. By the time I reached day 12, I was down to just one or two cigarettes a day, which for me is the most important step toward stopping completely. As someone who vapes heavily, this did absolutely nothing for me. It didn’t help me quit at all. Then when I came to get my money back as part of the free trial, they asked me to send back the used item that I’ve already had in my mouth to the Netherlands via a convoluted process… terrible customer service. Terrible device that does nothing.

Haven’t received the order yet. After numerous attempts to get an update, I was told to take it up with the couriers. Surely you should be assisting with this.
Order placed on the 26th of July and the last tracking entry date is 26th of July.
Feels like this a scam

Placed my order almost 1 week ago, received my items 2 days later, only to realize I’ve been sent the wrong order (2 devices, none of which I ordered and no pods) I reached out to them the same day, it took them 2 days to reply asking for photos of the order received to allow them to fix the issue, it’s now 3 days later and I’ve had no reply from them. Poor customer service wouldn’t recommend
