It's always easy to find what I need from your site, I love that you offer so many nicotine levels all the other sites don't. If I have one complaint it's that you don't offer coils for the starter kits you sell, I then have to try and get them somewhere else. I don't trust other websites since I have used you for close to ten years and I wish I could could get everything I need from you. It's impossible to find Sky Solo 18ohm coils anywhere.

I like that it is easy to find the products that I want, the site doesn't keep redirecting me. The prices are good, and I can get it all done at one time.

I’ve been ordering from this site for years, the last 3 houses we’ve lived in in California are pretty rural and no local smoke shops or anything of that sort so it was much more convenient than going “into town” at either region we’ve lived in. Never had any issues until the last shipment. I got a new mod plus some juice and coils and all was good, until it wasn’t. The mod itself took a sh!t in a matter of days and i reached out to them several times via email and on the site itself. It’s been close to a month and haven’t even received a generic email response. I’d give less stars just because of that but i did always have a good experience with them in the past so I’m a little conflicted. Definitely won’t be using them again though, even though my traffic would be much higher these days with our ridiculous laws being put in place here.

Use TFV16 LITE tanks and the ohms that Im always looking for are sold out all the time. Its 0.15, I think.

I don’t understand why it says 40 of no code needed then it fails to give the discount. Kinda frustrating after spending time figuring out what you need and want then not get the advertised discount

I like the fact that you offer a starter kit except for a fact that the advertisement was a bit misleading. I was under the impression that when I received it all I would have to do is open it, charge it then use it. My kit didn’t have the liquid with it which meant that I had to pay a separate shipping charge to get some.
