Transparent pricing

Transparent pricing, easy pausing, fast/easy appointments and processing. After getting scammed by 2 other companies, it’s nice to find a company that’s honest and upfront and to get medication that’s made a real difference.

Brello has been a great experience for…

Brello has been a great experience for me. I am 4 months in and feeling great! The intake process is simple and your product arrives very fast.
This being my 1st time using a GLP 1, I had to do some research on which company to use. I am extremely satisfied with my choice to use Brello.

61 Pounds Gone – Thank You, Brello!


Looking at these pictures side-by-side fills me with so much gratitude. Before starting Brello, I felt completely stuck and uncomfortable in my own skin. Taking that first photo in my grey t-shirt, I felt so defeated.
Joining Brello Health completely changed my life. Today, my app dashboard shows 61.20 pounds officially lost, bringing me down to 238.80 lbs. Putting on this floral jumpsuit and looking in the mirror gave me a feeling of pure joy I haven't felt in years. I am finally smiling again—and truly meaning it.

Brello App Crashed

For whatever reason, I lost the ability to access my Brello app. Of course I did the usual reboot, power off, uninstall, reinstall…you name it but everything was fruitless. I requested help via the Brello chat option. I immediately had a communication acknowledging my issue and promising attention to the issue. It took some time to resolve the issue but I can honestly say I was not handling the problem alone. I had several techs contacting me, offering ideas and trying to remedy the situation. They did not give up until my app was up and running again. This effort spanned several days and I was, truthfully, lost without the app for reference. Bottom line: the technical staff doggedly pursued the issue until it was it was eliminated. Service such as this is foreign to today’s consumer. Thank you Brello techs!!

I have had great positive results

I have had great positive results. I have not had another shipment. So we will how that works in 2 weeks!! So far its been good experience. Great customer service results via live agent.

Love it !

Ive used brello since November of 2025 within 4 months I lost 80 lbs. The shipping is quick and everything comes very neatly packaged. Ive referred a few people to brello and they love it also! Will continue to use for years to come.

Brello is so easy to work with

Brello is so easy to work with. I first found them on fb and researched them along with other companies. Brello was my choice. They took my information and let me know in no time at all that I qualified. I order the meds (for a lower price than any other companies) and waited for their arrival. It took about a week back then. I now get the product quicker now. Everything was included in the cooler I received. The packaging was secure and kept the contents chilled. There was even a little light inside that indicated that the temp was safe for the medicine. I followed the directions and gave myself my first shot. When I had questions about symptoms I experienced (acid reflux) I was reassured quickly on online that this was normal and my body would get accustomed to to the meds which it did. Since then I have met my goal weight and am working with the doctors on a maintenance program that is right for me.

Lost access to my account on the App.

I suddenly had trouble getting to my info on the Brello App. I contacted Brello and let them know I had a problem. I was contacted almost instantly and by more than one associate. They guided me step by step and checked on my progress til I was able to return to the site. The constant communication was eye opening. That quality of service is rare in the heath care business.

Good Service

I have had no problems with Brello. I have now been using them for 6 months. I needed to pause my service for a few weeks, as I had skipped a few doses due to travel. It was easy to do and immediately picked back up where I had left off. The pricing has been better and more transparent than any other site, considering it has no monthly user fees. That made it a hassle considering sometimes you would be paying a fee even when you weren't receiving meds. I have not had to interact with their customer service, so I can not speak to that side. However, the shipping has been transparent, easy to track, and delivered on time for both of my 3 month deliveries.

I really love Brello because of your price point and how you are helping overweight people. …

I really love Brello because they have helped me to lose weight. I’ve tried oh so many other diets and everything else under the sun. I have even had a roux en y gastric bypass and I lost a lot of weight but over many years have gained it back. Thank goodness for your company and your compounded tirzepatide. The cost of $499 per month is great. I first was going through the Eli Lily direct plan and it was $449 for only a 2.5 mg dose for a month. If you wanted a higher dose the price went up $200 dollars per
Month for each dosage changes. So, if you needed 15 mg of tirzepatide it was over$1,000 a month. That is definitely not worth it for me. I am on disability and a small pension, so I definitely could not afford that. So, when I found Brello I was beyond happy and grateful that I could still lose
The weight that I need to lose but also not break my bank account. I definitely appreciate your company and the great things you are doing for over weight people. Thank you again. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone.
