Excellent Service!

After purchasing another hoverboard from a different company online the week before and quit working after 1 day, the staff at Brent’s Cool Picks were excellent when it came to answering my questions via email and the online chat. I was very leary after my previous experience but the board was delivered super fast and is working great and I appreciate the follow up emails ensuring that we are happy with the product we received. I would highly recommend this company!

Great service. Highly recommend!

My daughter LOVES her hoverboard! I called in with a few questions before purchasing and was highly impressed with the customer service. Shipping was on time and traceable so I never had to worry about it being lost. Thanks to the guys who took the time to help me out! Much appreciated!

To echo another reviewer

To echo another reviewer, I wish I had done my homework first. I bought a Chic hoverboard for my daughter's birthday. It wouldn't hold a charge from day one. Since we received this board it has been awesome. Charges quickly and lasts forever.

So far, Awesome

So far, Awesome!! This hoverboard was bought as a replacement for a piece of junk "Chic" brand one. (It died after 2 months.) I wish I would have done my homework and found Brent'S web site last Christmas. My son loves this one and the bluetooth speaker works great. Delivery was really fast, 3 days. If this one lasts 6 months, I'll give an updated review.
