Ordered 3 Hover Boards. Delivered on time in excellent condition. All working perfectly. Grand Kids love them. I know they are of good quality because I bough two 2 years ago. Quality product, sold by reputable company that stands behind their products. Easy to deal with online orders. They resolve any issues promptly if there are any. Only wish they could deliver to other address when using pay pal or credit card. Must use money transfer for delivery to different address than the buyers address.

Amazing service! Super Fast email responses and fast shipping. My daughter is 😀 so happy with her hoverboard and cart. It is great quality, long battery life, goes fast and she loves the 10” wheels to go off road. I highly recommend the hoverboard and dealing with Brents Coolpicks. They even followed up a few days after to check in and see how we like it.

Board won’t hold a charge - Hoping for Replacement
Product was delivered in time for Christmas, on short notice (1-2 day delivery). However, when we got the hoverboard, it would not hold a charge and we can’t get it to do anything. Will be shipping back and hoping it will be replaced with a new one, and hoping to upgrade to the board with air tires, after paying the difference. My boyfriend also ordered a hoverboard (the one with the air tires, which worked great for his daughter) and said they had good customer service So I’m hoping the replacement goes well and the board works much better.

Hi Marlise, Sorry that we can not schedule the time the courier arrives but our website states that we have no control over that and that we can only promise it will be between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm.
As for the problem with the board I see a returns authorization done up and emailed on January 3. I'm guessing that your spam filter caught it. I will email it to you again so check your spam folder. We'll make sure we get everything fixed up for your son.
