Should have read the reviews. Total scam. I spent £50 playing 0.10p a spin and believe me, if I had about 2 bonus feature that payed £4 it was a lot. Be aware. Closed account immediately.

Great site..my previous review was removed. Trust pilot if you want to contact me by email i will show you screenshot of my winnings to this company. I wouldn't lie. I had many winnings then they asked for ID. It was done in hours. Ive had many wins since. No uts not everyday but compared to a few sites popping up i recommend this as an honest company.Their bonuses are great amd sometimes they drop and few quid in your account for playing with
them.
I stick to my original review. I play at a few sites and this year this has been thr best by far.

Would give lower if I could. Had a 66/1 bet on, hour later emailed to say they’d messed up the odds and they’d been slashed to 22/1.

Just to give you a bit of background – the odds shown (66/1) were wrong because of a delay on our pricing provider’s feed. The actual price at the time was 22/1. Like most betting companies, our usual way of handling this kind of situation is to offer you a choice: keep the bet at the correct odds, or cancel it completely and get a full refund.

As soon as we spotted the glitch, we got in touch to let you know and gave you that option.

We know situations like this are never ideal, and we’re always working hard behind the scenes to stop things like this from happening, so we’re really sorry again for the problem.

won over £35,000 and refuse to pay SCAM SCAM

I won over £35,000 on this site, tried to withdraw, my account was suspended. After 3 days they email me to tell me my account is closed, all bets voided because I had “cheated” which I never had, they provided no evidence and now they refuse to payout. I will be taking them to court to get my winnings. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. I have used more than 50 different online gambling sites and NEVER had a site refuse to payout. Update , Bresbet firstly tried to get Trustpilot to delete my review then replied weeks later pretending to care and offer gambling help , I don’t need gambling help I need help getting money you stole because you didn’t like attitude towards you when you freeze an account after taking money and asking for a bank statement 30 mins after deposit which is not possible in any bank on any app

Disgusting company , made a deposit won £97 10 minutes later and they suspended my account and blocked a withdrawal . Asked for KYC documents one of which was a bank statement proving deposit ? How can a bank statement be sent with a pending deposit 10 minutes ago .

I called them out for there Bs and they replied saying I crossed a line so permanent closure and therefore my winnings were stolen and they give my deposit back. Dirty dirty tricks and scum company .

Personal Data Concerns

Terrible bookmaker. Reduced the stakes I could bet to the point that the account is useless. Then asked me for a ridiculous amount of verification information, some of which I believe Gambling Commission ‘best practice’ doesn’t even allow them to ask for. This gave me grave concerns about the way they are using personal data so I was glad to stop using the site in the end.

The site itself is a clunky platform - slow and difficult to navigate around. Your reward for tolerating this inferior site is to have your account restricted if you dare to make a few small wins. They only want losers and will discriminate against winners - totally unethical behaviour. Don’t even provide a phone number if you want to speak to them.

a nice site but low limits

Signed up to have a little play, deposited £300 using direct bank transfer , played a little live table games, noticed the table limits are very low, £100 table max and straight up £5 on a evolution roulette game. Managed to get the balance upto £1300 and decided to withdraw, it was literally instant, was in my account within a minute, can't fault them for withdrawal, not had to go through any further KYC / AML so not sure how that process will be, the other reviews on here suggest it can be hit or miss. I have since restricted my account and will likely just use for the odd football bet as the table limits on live are too low for my play (aware that UKGC have a say on bet limits and know its something thats coming in the future regarding bet limits, aware some UK operators have started to reduce limits in anticipation of whats to come) Overall a nice site, nice layout and no issues with gameplay etc, hadn't any need to speak to CS or KYC team so can't comment

Sorry I meant to say don’t deposit money to this scammers… I’ve made a deposit, place some bets and in 10 minutes my account was suspended…verification documents they’ve asked…sent to them and account still suspended for 24 hours…If you want to follow the rules, don’t let me deposit and place bets then you suspend my account, ask for documents first then let me make a deposit…absolutely rubbish company…Gambling Commission should look into this

KYC Account Suspended Straight After Deposit and large Win!

Just joined this site...

So i joined this site today deposited and started playing slots, couple of spins in and i win a good sum of money.

Straight after this win my account gets suspended.

i have recieved a email for KYC however i havent actually heard from anyone at BresBet to confirm if the suspension is because of KYC. But however Gambling Commision rules state a casino cannot let you deposit and play to then suspended an account for KYC and restrict withdrawals ect which bresbet have so currently i have money in my account which is suspended and i cant do anything with it NOT a good start to this site!

All Documents requested and extra has been sent in and also i have sent questionable emails as to why my account is suspended. NO REPLY AS OF YET!

Documents requested was driving license and proof of address this was sent swiftly within minutes of asking plus extras sent.
2 hours later i recieved another request stating that they now want a photo of me holding my driving license and also, a bank statement to prove deposit. sent swiftly again. i understand KYC rules entirely and the certainly should not suspend a account and funds within the account......very unproffensional

if this is resolved swiftly then my review will be updated accordingly.

IMPORTANT DO NOT DEPOSIT: Bresbet had been fine, but recently requested KYC information and it's been a debacle since then. I provided the info and received no response - kept badgering and still nothing. I subsequently realised that their responses had gone to my spam folder and was mortified - I sent an apology for being stroppy with them when it was my fault, and they replied (very politely) requesting more info. I provided that info on Feb 28 and haven't heard anything since then, despite emailing almost every day and expanding the CC list to support@, compliance@, media@, and people@ - not a single person from any of those teams has replied. Bresbet also still has some of my money, which I am unable to withdraw. This is an untrustworthy company that appears to ignore customers. I'll be writing to the ombudsman this weekend about the money.
