Too many hoops to get support and a product replaced.
I had to go through a lot of troubleshooting hoops regarding getting support for my Breville Milk Cafe. Eventually, they offered to give me a new model, which is great, but now I have to ship it back before I get the new one or pay a deposit. Both of these options put more burden on me for replacing a faulty product. I have other Breville products which thankfully have worked flawlessly, but I it will give me pause in purchasing another Breville product in the future.

Oracle Touch Wheel Replacements
Opened a case for my very out-of-warranty oracle touch. The rear wheels had disintegrated, and they are no where to be found online (in stock, anyway). Breville was able to ship a set out for a very reasonable price!

I gave a five star review score due to the customer service that I received from your representative, Lucky. He was so personable and helpful. I never questioned what he was telling me and that he would come up with a solution for my issue and he did!
Success Story
The Breville representative was very responsive and a good listener. She initiated an replacement immediately and it arrived in two days so we could cook again with minimum disruption. This is much appreciated. To do this, the replacement is a re-manufactured unit. We hope this will last for many years.

Bait and switch
We were told to send back the machine which was less than a year old and in pristine condition physically, but was having a grinder problem. Received it back yesterday and it was clearly not the same machine. It looked like it was 10 years old and had another problem. The grinder setting is not showing on the display window. Talk about bait and switch. I want the machine I sent you repaired, not another machine that is also broken!! OR I want a new one!!

Worse customer service I’ve had in a while which says a lot because customer service these days is nil. Person was not knowledgeable, gave me incorrect information after a long conversation & basically wasted my time. THE ONLY reason I will continue with Breville is the fact my coffee machine has all stainless steel parts. THE ONLY REASON. I have found a very knowledgeable person to assist me in the future.

I put a deposit of $605 for a shipment in advance for a replacement of my Oracle Jet on May 29th and still have not gotten a shipment tracking. I talked to the lady over the phone and paid through the email link that was sent: Breville order update - 05649487. There was no follow up. I am disappointed in the customer services received.
