Lucky helped fix my issue and simply had the base of my kettle replaced free of charge. Kettle was turning on without any human input.
Too many hoops to get support and a product replaced.
I had to go through a lot of troubleshooting hoops regarding getting support for my Breville Milk Cafe. Eventually, they offered to give me a new model, which is great, but now I have to ship it back before I get the new one or pay a deposit. Both of these options put more burden on me for replacing a faulty product. I have other Breville products which thankfully have worked flawlessly, but I it will give me pause in purchasing another Breville product in the future.
