Great customer service

Called because I had a kettle that stopped working. The customer service agent was very effective, helpful and timely in getting the problem sorted.

Quick response

Quick responses, and issue was resolved with a replacement unit sent out within 2 days of opening the case. Support provided by real people.

This is the sort of experience that keeps me coming back to Breville/Sage time after time.

Tumi was extremely helpful

Tumi was extremely helpful. I called with three different questions and she helped me efficiently with all of them. In addition she was super kind and friendly. Rather than waiting on hold for a long time, I appreciate that I was offered a call back.

Too many hoops to get support and a product replaced.

I had to go through a lot of troubleshooting hoops regarding getting support for my Breville Milk Cafe. Eventually, they offered to give me a new model, which is great, but now I have to ship it back before I get the new one or pay a deposit. Both of these options put more burden on me for replacing a faulty product. I have other Breville products which thankfully have worked flawlessly, but I it will give me pause in purchasing another Breville product in the future.
