Good experience

From the initial quote 30% cheaper than traditional solicitors, agreeing to use Brevis, the Know Your Customer process through to completion of my sale the online process was seamless. Throughout I was kept informed of progress either through the online portal or email and calls. Very efficient and speedy in processing documents. The same day I notified of an accepted offer all
documents were issued to the purchasers solicitor and estate agent, with contracts exchanged the same day I returned the wet ink copy. Thoroughly recommend Brevis

Sophie looked after the sale, kept me very well informed and responded quickly to any queries. She kept things moving and chased the flat’s managing agents for information when necessary. Despite the fact that all the communication was via email I always felt like a valued customer, not an anonymous client file. Given the recent crisis I found myself leaving my re-mortgage until the very last minute to see if the world would change in my favour, once I found a deal that suited I had only 4 weeks until my mortgage ended. I have went over by 2 weeks but I am super happy with that as this time was over the Christmas and New year period with continued movement over this time. The professionalism, response and perseverance of Shamima at Brevis was like no other dealings with a legal firm. Great experience with Brevis whom I have just used for a house sale after a friend had a good experience with them.
Firstly the website is easy to use, docs can be read, completed, saved, stored, uploaded which minimises the need to post and speeds up the process.
Very quick responses from the account manager Lauren and when she was away for a short period her colleagues took over seamlessly and also gave great service, so communication is A1. I always had a response to emails either the same day or the next day. Everything done quickly and efficiently.
Importantly -No hidden charges or add ons, which I have experienced with solicitors in the past.
I would definitely use Brevis again and recommend them to family and friends.

Very refreshing to finally find a conveyancing solicitors who focus on customer care and have the technology to support a modern, efficient, interaction. The Team were focused on progressing our sale and purchase and not on other types of business. Obviously, you have to interact with the on-line portal and your Account Managers proactively, but, with on-line check lists, security checks and TA forms the 'archaic' process, which is property purchasing in England, is made less frustrating. We would use again, something we have never said about previous conveyancers.

These guys are fantastic! I’ve moved house at least half a dozen times during my life time and have always struggled finding a competent solicitors.

Our solicitor, Lauren, was always on the front foot and never had to be chased on anything, not even once. If anything she was chasing us. The team are always available to take a call and the whole process has been complete stress free.

As a recent ex-pat having to sell my UK home, I thought I’d need to use a solicitor specialising in non-resident sellers. Brevis’ quote was half that of the self-declared specialists, PLUS they offered “no completion, no fee”, and so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They were fantastic, from start to finish! The necessary forms were easy to complete online, with just one signed document to send overseas. My case manager, Lauren, was quick to respond to my emails, despite the 7 hour time difference, and proactive in helping to get the deal done. Unfortunately, my first buyer pulled out unexpectedly, and so I can vouch for the fact that Brevis are true to their “no completion, no fee” word. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Brevis has been brilliant, we have been in the process of buying a property, but because of the latest circumstances and changes in the market we were unable to fund the project, and we had to cancel this purchase. They have been very fast and engaged with the searches as soon as we engaged them, and the searches were available really early in the process. They have been proactively involved in the process with all the parties and stakeholders.
Brevis have not charged us for any of these services as they understand that different situations arise. They only charged us for the searches that they did, but not any of the admin or time they have spent on the case.
We highly recommend them, and we would gladly work with them in the future for the new potential ventures that we will have.

I cannot speak highly enough of Brevis, and in particular Sophie. We used Brevis for both our sale and purchase, and from start to finish (and beyond) the support has been unwavering. Sophie was always on hand to explain the process, keep us fully updated and was easy to contact. She remained patient and diligent throughout, even when the situation became challenging (through absolutely no fault of Brevis at all!) - she was a super star. Throughout the whole process, I genuinely felt like Sophie cared about us, and in the end, she felt more like a friend rather than a Solicitor. She remained professional throughout but was incredibly personable and caring and it was a pleasure to speak to her (almost every day at some points!)
I would 100% use Brevis again and would recommend them to friends and family.
