Avoid this company at all costs! I thought I'd found the perfect lights from this company - .co.uk website, prices in £s and the lights were advertised as in stock so I ordered 2 pendant lights with oak detail (£234 for both). I was quite impressed when I received an email saying my products had been received for shipping but was a little surprised that it wasn't from a UK based courier (or one I'd heard of). However, four days later, the shipment hadn't progressed so I contacted Brick by Brick who told me the ship was either waiting to be collected or en-route - this immediately raised my suspicions so asked to cancel the order and was told I couldn't. I then searched for reviews and was horrified by what I read. However, unlike a lot of people who have posted reviews, my lights did turn up - nearly 3 weeks after I ordered them but they were nothing like the photo shown on the website as there was no oak details on them and were very poor quality - there was no way of attaching the rose to the ceiling. I contacted the company and said I wanted to return them - they said I could, at my expense, to their 'warehouse' in China. They offered me 20% discount to keep them. I told them I didn't want the lights and pointed out that their returns policy stated they would pay for returns if the items were incorrect or defective, which they were. They then offered 25% discount. I again said I didn't want the lights no matter how much discount they offered - and they closed my case! I've since got a refund from my credit card company. Companies like this should be allowed on the internet - they are a pure scam.

I'm fully convinced this is a fraudulent company. Ordered an item, was sent false tracking info twice. Then informed out of stock (no explanation why they had tried to trick me with false tracking before that). They did eventually refund me after I stated I would be following procedures to obtain a chargeback from my bank. They are not listed on companies house, and the business info they provide on the website does not match to any business registered in the UK or in NL as it claims to be. There's an identical Austrailian website, and a similar looking pet supplies business all providing the same company number and vat code. I imagine they're trying to rip as many people off as possible before they get found out. Would avoid. I am reporting to trading standards and would recommend others do the same.

DO NOT BUY - how on earth do we get these scam websites shut down. They look so convincing, but just like other buyers, our parcel hasnt arrived and there is no sign of getting a refund

Do not use this company. Ordered item, later received a message saying its was out of stock. Requested a refund then received numerous circular messages stating “referral to specialist department”, informing me of a refund that never came, Chinese shipping tracking documents, and repeated requests to choose a different item. Eventually I managed to get a refund via PayPal as one direct from the company was never forthcoming.

SCAM COMPANY - AVOID!!!
Item marked as dispatched on 2nd October but no sign of Item 4 weeks later and tracking details provided were fake.

Emailed company Brick by Brick on 14 October, received a reply saying they would get their "specialist department" to look into it (product is just a wall clock).

4 weeks after ordering have received multiple bizarre emails from the company saying they will get their "specialist department" to look into it, and item still not received.

When I followed the fake tracking link sent, it was a website based in china, not a valid UK delivery service like royal mail/Evri.

And after logging on to the fake tracking website, and providing my details, I got a huge number of spam calls/texts which I never normally do - so I doubt that's a coincidence, so they sent me a link where my data was not secure.

Had to go through PayPal for a refund

Ive just checked and this company was actually dissolved by UK companies house in sept 2004

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They sent the wrong item, and refuse to accept that, or offer any exchange, even when provided with photographic evidence!
They even went as far as claiming their own confirmation email for my order was incorrect!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - Just like everyone else, I ordered 2 lamps (£243) at the back end of September - nothing arrived. Chased numerous times and told that it was in transit, but could not see any update on my tracking number. Decided to cancel my order and requested a refund. Obviously they decided at this point to stop communicating. Not sure how they sleep at night! Anyway, processed a query/claim through Paypal who were excellent, and now I'm just waiting for the full refund to be processed.

DI NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE!! If I could give zero stars I would. As per every other review This company is a scam.. they take your money and order, and send fake delivery emails but the order never arrives. Currently trying to recoup payment from my bank and reporting to trading standards. I can’t believe cretins are operating like this during a cost of living crisis.

Ordered a lamp 3 weeks ago approximately. Initially was sent a couple of emails after the purchase which showed that the item was on its way.

No item received. Contacted again the company which said that the item was not in stock.
Asked for refund. Was offered 2 options either buy a similar product without a dimmable function or get a coupon with £30 present. I rejected both.
Contacted my bank and got refund from dispute.

Seems company is either Chinese or Indian one, as the replies are done with my email name and not the actual one! Totally unprofessional.

Scam website / company. I was sent an email saying the item I ordered is not in stock, please select an alternative or they will give me store credit. I replied saying that I will have a refund, as I am legally entitled to.

No reply so far so I am in the process of escalating through Trading Standards and trying to obtain a refund through my card providers chargeback scheme.

Ordered an item online. After a month I received a "hope you're enjoying your purchase" email but no sign of the item which was comedic. A few days later I received a "your order has been delivered" email but again there was no sign of the item, I doubt it even exists at this point. The tracking data appears to be fake, apparently they use Yodel as courier but there was no photo evidence of delivery which yodel always use. Its a scam company, they say their address is in Holland but the company is actually based in China. The photos on their website are AI generated which they even admit themselves in the FAQ. Fake fake fake.

Scam company avoid..
Order extremely delayed, tacking information doesn't work, when I chase it up I'm told its on its way the courier has it, then I'm getting emails saying its out of stock.
The tracking day changes each day just saying data information but its doesn't move as no courier has it.. they are just holding onto people's money.
Its not based in London and probably China giving you some cheap product that is not lije the pictures provided but something similar after reading reviews.
Stay away from this company

Product eventually arrived after 2+ weeks from the order (longer than expected) and was dumped on the front door (not their fault but still). Assumed it was coming from London as the name implies but it is somewhere else (China?). Tracking wasn't very helpful and took me to chase them up. They did respond. Product looks like the picture and is cheaper than the exact same versions available online (drop shipping companies). Do I trust the product? Potentially. I wouldn't say this is the most trustworthy website or company but the product did arrive and cheaper. Might be a case of you pay for what you get. I would return it but the cost and effort vs what id get back isnt worth it.

Complete scam. Ordered a lamp, never arrived, sent tracking links that didn't work and refused to issue a refund. Avoid

I ordered a clock and supposed to be free delivery. Did get updates re shipping. I must add here I did not check out Company as with Company saying London I presumed this where it coming from. A lesson learned. Updates re shipping got to stage where arrived at ? for then to be delivered. Next one was showing returned! Ofcourse I got on to the Company stating it was never delivered as I was in full day they saying was returned. They wanted me to get on to the Courier to resolve this in order to save it being returned. I got back to them saying I don’t know how to and surely was there responsibility to contact them. Next thing was deducting £15.00 for this being returned as it’s in their Company policy and my address was insufficient ly wrong!!!! I got back to them and told them to check my Confirmation Order which states Proper address. I want this Company Exposed as I think they take your money and DO NOT DELIVER THE GOODS. This where they then say they need to deduct £15.00 for returned goods. Please Everyone out there DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am actually thinking of involving the Fraud Squad re this Company as feel they should not be allowed to advertise.

Company who is stealing photos from other reputable websites and then selling knock offs or in our case…nothing at all. AVOID

Oh how I wish I had read the reviews on trustpilot before purchasing a clock from this company. I ordered a Nordic wooden clock it didn’t arrive, then when I emailed them they sad they would resend, it arrived broken! It wasn’t wooden or Nordic it is a cheap plastic clock from China with hands hanging off!
I have been email someone called Arthur at customer services for 3 weeks asking for a refund and returns label to no avail, I have sent photos of the damaged clock twice as they say they didn’t receive them the first time. I’m guessing I will have to contact my credit card company and see if I can get my money back.

Scam company - sent me a product which my electrician said was unsafe to install. Admitted the product was substandard but refused to refund unless I paid shipping to China (the "London" in their brand name is a complete lie). Will be seeking a refund via my credit card provider and informing trading standards.

The information I received was inaccurate the products are cheap and tacky from China, therefore ridiculously overpriced. They advertise quick and easy returns but the reality is far from this and totally different to the advertised returns policy. The customer has to pay for shipping back to China before any chance of getting any kind of refund and the customer service team pretend not to understand questions when challenge on this. Devious and scandalous company operating out of China. Stay well away.
