Everything with my order went swiftly and smoothly. I don't have any bad experience with this shop so far.

I have never had any problems with brickizimo, very friendly and always fast delivery. I even placed 2 orders once and then got an email that they were sending the 2 orders together to save on shipping, I then got the remaining money from the second order credited for the next order.
I order very often from brickizimo and am always satisfied.

Have ordered from BRiCKiZiMo before and found it a good source for many Mini Fig accessories that one might otherwise have to order from the US (which is often a ludicrously expensive way to shop). Item arrived well packaged/protected and in A1 condition.

Update 21st Feb - I still await my order, 119526, that I paid €249.60 for 3 months ago. I have tried to get in contact for weeks but Trustpilot seems to be the only way to get through so here we are.

My parcel was finally sent a month or so ago but Brickizimo only included the town on my parcel - no house number (I included the full, correct address when ordering). We believe it was returned. A genuine mistake that anyone can make - however, I have been asking about updates since - with no reply.

1 item from the order was sent separately and that did arrive, however, at this point, I believe I am owed a refund (even if my items arrive) for the atrocious customer service.

If the item has not been returned to you yet can you send a new one, as should have been done immediately in the first place. I have been a loyal customer for over a decade and spent thousands at your store. This is not acceptable customer service.

Now been waiting 1 month for a reply since I last heard from them

Although one of the main items I ordered were out of stock, the overall experience of ordering through Brickizimo was very good. Excellent communication and service. I will definitely not hesitate ordering again.

Excellent quality after-market LEGO items, well packed for international shipment to Australia. The ability to pay using PayPal in 4 certainly spreads the load of larger orders and international postage costs. The BRiCKiZiMO team provided greT communication too.

I bought a few items from their shop, everything was fine and arrived in a good condition, however, it took almost 4 weeks to arrive, I tried to contact Brickizimo several times because I thought my order was lost, but I didnt got any answer from them..., when I tried to ask DHL they told me to ask the company directly....

So great products, but the lack of response is really annoying
