Dreadful. It's a scam. Ordered a kneeler & bag. Only received bag. Have emailed the co but no reply & I'm really not expecting one.

Exactly like everyone else only received the bag no kneeler applying for charge back on credit card to see if I can get money back. I have screen shot all the details of advert so hope this helps in my case

No Star, but not possible to give. Ripped off like others, Kneeler not arrived, no way of contact, delivery tracking says goods have arrived - no it hasn't. Very annoyed.

I ordered the grass mats and received 2 not 3 today. Nothing like advertised and can’t contact them. I am hoping they advertise on Facebook again so I can put my review on there 😡
I filled a form in on Citizens Advice website and they have sent a list of actions I can take. They have passed my concerns on to Trading Standards and suggest I contact Action Fraud.

Like so many others, I ordered the kneeler, only got the tool bag, and they're ignoring all e-mails. £30 for a tool bag that you can't use. What a bunch of con artists.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. The first time, and last time, I will ever buy anything from an advertiser that appeared on my facebook feed. The link to their website doesn't work, but as the product was shipped from China, I don't suppose they care. I have written to their office in France and to their parent company, Kingfisher Ltd, who also own B&Q, but don't hold your breath.

Update: Finally got through to Brico by email and Facebook messenger, they’ve denied it’s anything to do with them, and it’s a scam through a fake site, I don’t believe them, as why would a scammer bother sending anything at all for the sake of getting £30.00 out of us, rather than just keep all the money and vanish? And it’s quite a decent quality tool bag too (if useless without the kneeler). My guess it’s a problem with their ordering system, they sent the order for the kneeler and tool bag, but their guys in despatch (in China) read the order as tool bag only. So dishonest as well as incompetent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Like everyone else, you do not receive what you ordered, I ordered the grass seed mat, nothing like the item in the ad, also never got the 3rd item in the BOGOF offer. Have mailed them, no reply as yet. Not even sure if these actually have grass seed impregnated in it😡

I too have fallen for this. Brought the kneeler as a present, only the bag has arrived.

NO STARS I like many others in these reviews have been duped. I ordered garden kneeler with 2 side bags and paid £31.99 and only received a side bag no kneeler or other bag. It states on tracking goods delivered with no outstanding items!!I have emailed and asked where my order is but no reply. I am now in process of contacting paypal to see if I can claim my money back

I like a lot of other people have been scammed. I ordered the Garden Kneeler with extra bag all I received was the bag. I have sent emails to customer services but have got no reply. The charge was £29.99 which I can ill afford.: This is disgusting I am going to contact someone in the fraud department and see if there is anything that can be done. When checking the tracking it says delivered well it’s not only the bag.

Just like everyone else- received the bag but no kneeler! Will claim a refund from Paypal.

Same as everyone else - only bags received - no kneeler. Impossible to get in touch with these people to complain so assuming this is a scam. Very disappointing - will have to contact credit card company to obtain a refund if possible.

Same as everyone else , stupid tool pocket has arrived after 3 weeks but no kneeler .Appalling that so many people have been conned.

Like a lot of you on here I also ordered a kneeler about a month ago for a Father's Day present. Yesterday I too only received a bag/pouch. I did check on website whilst I was waiting and it was active....but it seems that now they have finally sent out their deliveries they have disappeared. Never thought that I'd get caught like this but just goes to show how devious these people are now. Disappointed there isn't an option to give no stars!

Wish I’d read these reviews before I’d ordered - from a wretched advert that kept popping up while playing my favourite game ...... normally ignore these things, blame my lockdown brain! I have received two sets of tool bags, but not the kneelers, which was what I thought I was ordering _ grrrrr Guess I need to contact my credit card provider as it’s aSCA

Avoid at all costs! I ordered a kneeler on 16 June with the promise of a free tool pouch. Was disappointed when my confirmation email stated delivery times to Europe were 15 to 25 working days, supposedly due to high demand. Had I been informed of this before the order was completed, I would have purchased elsewhere. I realised that, despite website showing as uk.com, the goods were coming from China. Received further email on 23 June stating goods were on their way and giving tracking number for courier yuntrack.com. I started to get concerned. On 9 July I found a tiny parcel had been pushed through my letter box - all it contained was the tool pouch and there was no accompanying documentation. On checking Trustpilot, I find I am not alone in being scammed. The website I ordered from has disappeared, I have emailed them but have had no response, so intend to contact my credit card provider to see if I can get my money back. I am so angry - people who purchase these items tend to be older like myself or younger people purchasing for an older relative. Not everyone can afford to lose money to these scumbags! Had to give them 1 star so I could leave this review, they actually deserve nothing.

I bought 2 kneelers for Father’s Day. They didn’t arrive until 3 days ago and when they did all we got was the tool pouches. This cost me £50!

The website has been taken down and they haven’t replied to any of the email messages I sent. Recommend that you contact your bank to process a chargeback.
Looks like we have all been scammed

This company unfortunately appear to be a scam organisation. Money was taken 20th and 22nd June but goods have not been received nor look likely to be so. For those customer who have received deliveries these have not been as advertised - tool bag but not kneeler. There is no contact number to call and email replies are unhelpful and untrue. I have the misfortune of having lost £115 for both garden kneelers (I only wanted one but got charged for two and couldn't cancel the duplicate) and grass seeded matting which I did order an additional roll for. Do not under any circumstances give this organisation any of your money.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star- total con like all the other reviews I have discovered on Trustpilot. I paid £29.99 to only have the tool bag delivered and no garden kneeler like many others reviewing this product. Interestingly I have noticed half a dozen Facebook adverts for exactly the same item and all in different company names. Why does face book not address this?!!!! It’s clearly a scam as the stool and kneeler pad are all advertised the same way and with a bag for garden tools..... from anything £12.99 to £39.99 I can’t believe this isn’t being addressed by trading standards and Facebook- I’m Furious!!!!!
