The service I received was exemplary.
The company rang me to find out exactly what was the problem. The company representative was courteous and listened carefully to my problem.
The replacement came the very next day and in smaller bottles when I requested this.

I wish that I had the words to describe this product as it deserves to be.
Firstly, the people are so very nice, you can make as many enquiries as you like and they give you the information that you need, happily. Secondly, Esol is a fantastic product! It is exactly what I had been looking for when Covid broke out. It does no harm to us (and actually helps heal a number of problems), to our pets, flora or fauna. It has so many uses, in the home, garden and animals bedding bowls etc. We use Esol Pets, Esol Hygiene and next, we will buy a fogger. Well done Bridgebiotechnology, we love you.

First order
I found this company on the web when looking for a solutiin to a garden watertank problem. Their ESOL was the product for me so I ordered 5 litres. It arrived quickly but somehow the courier had managed to damage the parcel and the contents had begun to leak. Bridge Bio could not have been more helpful and gave me a 10% discount I had missed when placing the order and then another smaller discount of future orders by way of compensation. They also supplied advice for my situation and issue which was great.
