DO NOT BUY FROM THEM , they will not help you ! They will pretend!
I am not happy with them at all. I bought a car and a few hours later I found that the second key blade is missing on the key (the key is broken). I told the seller that it is missing, he told me that he is SURE he gave it to me, few days later he found it on his desk. He said that he will fix the key the only thing they did is to tape it. (To make a new key it will have cost them £60). A few days later I saw that there is a problem with the heater. The seller told me to come back to have a look at it, I showed him the problem and he himself admitted that there is a problem. He gave the car to their mechanics and they said that they can not do anything. Plus I found a screw driver lodged between the bonnet and the windscreen.
Poor quality of service.

I am so unhappy with Bridgend Ford. I purchased a van which has a problem and Bridgend are being so unhelpful to sort. They are quick enough to take your money but best of luck if anything goes wrong. My local Ford dealership is trying to help but are also having difficulties with Bridgend. They do not reply to emails, return calls etc etc etc. Not what I would expect of a main dealership.

I simply cannot express enough how bad the service is in this dealership. I took my car to get two tyres fitted. On that visit they broke a sensor as i had to go pick up my son and they had to order in the sensor they said that the sensor would be in in a couple of days, this was a monday. I rung on Saturday to which i was told to bring it in on Monday. I brought it back on that day to which they didnt know why i was there or what they were meant to be doing. They didnt managed to replace the sensor so asked me to bring it back on thursday. They said they had fixed it and they hadnt. They then booked my in 2 weeks later with a courtesy car so they could keep my car for two days. They said they had to order a part (they should have had it ordered in for the time i was dropping it off as they knew that was why the car was coming in) therefore had to wait another two days before i got my car back.

I have beem treated with utter distain and grumpy staff acting as if it was my fault. We wouldnt have even been here if it wasnt for their poor staff breaking my car in the first place. No apologies. No rectification. I have complained a good 4 or 5 times to which i hear nothing back. I am appalled by the service of this dealership. Despite speaking with the service manager and emailing on several occasions to express the low level of service, they simply show no concern at all.

I would highly recommend Ford at Bridgend and would advise asking for Brendan Drake to support you through your purchase of a new vehicle. I have personally bought a couple of vehicles with the support of Brendan and he is always professional and a pleasure to deal with and always tries to help you drive away in your ideal vehicle. The customer service from both Bridgend Ford especially from Brendan is fantastic.

Booked car in for warranty repair, told it would be at least a week to repair so ask for courtesy car which was agreed. Day before is was going in they didn't have a courtesy car so I had to sort this with ford rental. Three days after car was booked in the courtesy car was finally sorted. Shocking customer services, spoke to numerous people who all told me different things and promises to phone me back to which they didn't.

I bought my truck through Ford Bridgend Brendan who we bought the truck through was amazing! I looked at a truck a few months previously and couldn’t go ahead with it but Brendan still kept me in the loop knowing specifically what I was looking for. As soon as this truck came up he rung me we went down the next day and had the vehicle by the middle of the week.
He was so efficient and helpful and made the process so easy and fast,
I had a slight issue a few days later (nothing major) I phoned him he booked it straight in and the problem was solved. I’ve always dealt with main dealers and I had a better experience with Ford than I did with Mercedes, I felt they wasn’t pushy at all with the sale and very welcoming.

I went to Bridgend Ford after having a awful experience with another car dealership (not Ford) that I had been a loyal customer with for nearly 13 years. I was very impressed by the knowledge and helpfulness of Nathan and Richard who have found the perfect vehicle for me and have gone the extra mile to make me feel valued as a customer, I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough.
