We went to have a look for our next mobility car. We were greeted by Chloe and given a test drive. Chloe was so informative and patient. She helped us with the process of applying for our car, and kept us informed all through until our car was ready. The Customer service and support from Chloe at Bridgend Ford from beginning to end, even after we received our car, was outstanding. We Would highly recommend Chloe and Bridgend Ford. While having my car MOT'd and repaired recently, I met David Bodilly who showed me around the used vehicles on site. He informed me about the choice and specifications of the vehicles available in a very courteous, friendly and sincere manner, and took a genuine interest in establishing my motoring needs.
I was impressed by his "how can I help you?" attitude, and this resulted in very relaxed conversation. I would recommend anyone looking for help and advice to speak to David.

I viewed and test drove a car here before deciding to buy it with the help of salesman Craig. He was really friendly and knowledgeable and made the process quick and easy. Craig kept me updated all week with the progress and I'd highly recommend him.

Never buy a car without seeing it first, I purchased a 22plate Ford Focus St line Vignale, scuffs on the alloy scuffs on front and rear bumper and lots of stone chips, within two weeks of ownership I had to purchase two front tyres 🙈my fault I should have bought new. My experience at Bridgend Ford overall was excellent and I would purchase another car from, but not without seeing it first.

Just got my second Puma from Bridgend Ford, through the Ford options scheme. Dave was really helpful in finding me a deal to fit my budget, and he and Nathan made sure that the entire process went really smoothly and we wee always kept informed. There's no hard sell tactics here and I will be back again when this deal finishes.

A few weeks ago, we went to look at pick ups. Nobody jumped on us, we were able to look round till we were ready to speak to someone. When we were finally ready, the members of staff were really nice and friendly and offered us a test drive. We did buy the vehicle and they were really helpful. Would definitely go back, highly recommend Bridgend Ford. Since purchasing the pick up they have contacted us twice to make sure we are happy with it and have no issues. Brilliant

I brought a car on Friday (05/05/23) and David Aleman was my salesman. When I arrived David was so polite and welcoming, nothing was too much for him and he’s also funny😁 I looked at two different cars and I was happy with the second one so I went ahead with it, it was such a smooth process! They had an issue with the v5 but David went out of his way to take me to the post office😁 highly recommended buying a car from Ford Bridgend, customer service is outstanding 😁 I can’t wait to come back and buy another car already!

I attended Ford to get my car looked at as a fault on car screen. Service slow, no-one seemed to know what or who was doing what. Ford looked at car for 48hrs no fault found although I said it was and still is over revving at stop, now fault light on again. So 24hr later I need to take it back. I called 3 times to get someone to book me in and told someone would call me back, no one did. Do I pay for Diagnostics again? Cant get a curtesy car, couldn't get a lift in to collect car. Not impressed

Recently purchased our Puma ST Line from Bridgend Ford, the service we received from Dave when choosing the car and then Tom when picking it was outstanding. Dave went out of his way sending us videos of the cars we were interested in to save us a potential unnecessary journey, the videos were a great help and added to the whole experience. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful it’s like dealing with friends not sales people. We would definitely recommend Bridgend Ford to anyone
