Poor service and attitude from staff. Talk down to you like muck wouldn’t recommend to anyone. 2 different cars 2 different occasions now so not impressed. Overpriced cars with damages and no help at all won’t repair and won’t knock off money for repairs either.

Great Service, friendly and helpful staff. The Kuga 2.5 petrol is the best car I've ever had in my entire life and I've had a few. It suits my condition. May I give Special Thanks to Bethan who looked after me through the Deal, also Beau who took me for the test drive, this young man has a lot to offer, his knowledge on the Products is 10 out of 10 he has a friendly and gentle approach to his work and was very respectful to myself, with sound answers to the questions I asked him.

Last week I changed my car at Bridgend Ford Unfortunately as the Eco Sport is no longer manufactured I had already decided to consider the Kuga it's some years since I last had a Kuga and I was aware of a number of changes the main being the move away from diesel Dave Allen and Leah spent a considerable amount of time going through the changes and the ins and outs of the car I'm now the proud owner of a hybrid Ford Kuga it's an absolute pleasure to drive The car effortlessly changes from electric to fuel , the automatic is smooth, driving position gives an excellent all round view I could go on but if you have any doubt go and look at the Kuga worth every penny

Excellent customer service felt very comfortable was offered a test drive which I was happy about as this made my decision easier after just seeing the car... the members of staff were very friendly and easy to talk to and was happy to answer any questions I had regarding my new car

Very polite helpful and efficient sale staff but it all seemed a bit rushed when come to paper work. I don't like being showed screens and having disclaimers or policies being read out it was all a bit of a rush and I do not paperwork being sent to you by email, everything is electronic not personal touch. It is daunting to receive hundreds of sheets of paper to read through. Tthis is why it is not 5 star.

From start to finish the service was excellent for the purchase of our new Kuga on the motability scheme. Leah was great throughout and made everything straight forward for us. On the day of our test drive they didn’t have a vehicle available, unlike another dealer who gave no prior notice of this and were no help on the day. Leah ended up asking one of the salesman to borrow their personal car so we could test drive a Kuga, great customer service.

Would definitely recommend Bridgend Ford to anyone, and if we are to purchase a Ford in the future, we will 100% get it from there.

my car passed the MOT on 9th October
had it serviced on the 7th of November 237 miles later ,only to be told my rear disks and pads needed replacing as they were worn below recommend limits,how wasn't this picked up during the MOT.the rac state Along with your tyres, your brakes are the most safety-critical components of all, and they must work properly to pass the MOT.Brake condition is also assessed by examining the discs, pads and calipers,not happy

Our car was written off in an accident that wasn't our fault. Our car was our beautiful Puma which we had from Dave Allen at Bridgebd Ford so he was our first port of call to get another car.
Dave helped us in evey way that he could and we are now the proud new owners of a brand new Ford Puma ST . Everyone at Bridgend Ford are so lovely it's an absolute joy going there. Thank you all but heartfelt thanks to Dave.

Overall, a great experience from the team @ Bridgend Ford. All very positive and seem less.

Everything was seemless. The process from test drive to handover went really smoothly. The staff were very attentive to our needs during the handover, spending the time to ensure that we were happy and that the cars were setup and comfortable for us.

Another fantastic experience picking up a new car. From the moment I was met by the salesperson I was offered a drink then sat down to complete the paperwork. Every process was clearly explained and smooth, after the paperwork I was taken to the vehicle and walked all around it with the salesperson then inside the vehicle every gadget was explained and shown. They even attached my phone for handsfree. Overall the experience was fantastic and I felt truly appreciated another success and would definitely recommend them.
