I spoke to Ricky in regards to my financial problem he was sooo helpful and understanding, he went through step by step with all my questions, and guided me accordingly. He resolved all my debits problems out. I say if you’re lucky enough to speak to Ricky you’ll be sorted.

It is life changing to finally take control over my debts, to regain long term perspective for myself and my family' s future. My experience with Bright Start started at the end of August and here we are nearly at the end of the year with not only no resolution but also no contact from them. My last few messages via WhatsApp,although read, have gone unanswered. To begin with, it seemed hopeful . I was given some options, a couple of which, for reasons I won’t go into here, we’re not suitable for my particular situation. I had been making payment to a company and when I asked if I should stop paying I was told not until I had sent through to Bright Start relevant paperwork, statements etc. After I had done this I stopped contact but when they contacted me I told them my situation was being dealt with by a debt solution company. I told Bright Start this company was still continuing to contact me and could they please speak to them. Then I was told not until a plan was put into place. To cut a long story short, after this particular situation carried on, over a period of several weeks I was then told that Bright Start could not deal with this particular company for me and I would have to make my own resolution. They should have told me this earlier. Then I began to have to chase them up regarding other things. Weeks passed without hearing from them and they only communication I had was when they replied to my messages. “ I’ll get back to you.” “ I’ll call you tomorrow “, “ I’m on it “ was all I got. They never called back when they said they would. Eventually they stopped replying completely, even when I expressed my dissatisfaction with them. Fortunately, most of my communication with them was via WhatsApp and I’ve screenshot the entire conversation for reference so I can keep a full record of what transpired. Although there are, it appears a lot of satisfied people here who have given 5 star reviews, I can only speak from personal experience. Maybe I was just unlucky, who knows. It’s up to you whether you want to use them or not.
