Excellent Service!
I was so nervous calling, but after a few minutes I was put at ease by Sean, he slowly went through everything with me to help me choose the right solution to my debt, he let me take breaks when I was getting upset. I would like to also thank Tyler who also stayed in contact with me through the whole process, reassuring me everything was going to be ok. The whole team have gone above and beyond to help me, I definately feel that I can sleep alot better at night now. Thank you all :)

I’ve been dealing with Farhad and I can honestly say that upto this point his professionalism /approachability and knowledge has been second to none!

Brilliant Company, Hashim is such an excellent, professional Advisor & made me feel at ease whilst guiding me through my financial situation and Journey. I highly recommend this company as we cannot imagine the help we can receive through these difficult moments in life and individuals like Hashim are truly one of a kind :)

Ricky made my experience very good because he was very well spoken was very professional and at the same time he had a good sense of humour I will recommend this company to who ever needs help with financial side of things. Ricky is very good and he helped me solve my problem straight away by making a few phone calls etc.

Normally I skip doing reviews because I don't have the time but on this time this is a pleasure. Really amazed and happy for the help and advice given by Lee he has gone above and beyond with his team to help me choose the right solution for my debts . I was petrified and he made me feel at ease and the process of applying was fast I feel like weights been lifted and worried disapated and I feel like lil miracle workers helped me

Customer service was great. All employees i spoke to were polite and helpful especially Tyler, he never made me feel uncomfortable about my debts and spoke to me as if i was a normal person with no issues at all, which for me really made the situation a lot easier to handle.

I had been hiding all my debts in a drawer was just too scared to phone for help ! Then one day on a day off I just filled out a form online , I then had a call from Danny who from the very start out my at ease ! He was so calm and helpful and never once criticised my debt ! Only problem I had was I wish I had not done this a long time ago !! I have actually slept for the first time in months and the thought of not having letters with debt come through my door is just so amazing !!! So a big massive thank you ! Especially to Danny ! ❤️
