Helpful, polite, and very knowledgeable, we were a little embarrased about our debts but Ricky put us at ease he sounded like one of the lads. Done and sorted our finances to a much better. Hi am not one for doing reviews because I normally don't have the time but on this occasion this is a pleasure,I normally dont like people on the phone because thay go on about stuff that you dont need but,Ricky Shelmerdine at Bright start was an absolute privilege on the phone and he help me with everything that needed for my IVA, so I would recommend Bright start to anyone that is looking for help with money problems and if you get to speak to Ricky Shelmerdine you will understand what I mean.

Amazing service by Sean and Ricky! I was so anxious, stressed and embarrassed about having so many debts but after the very first phone call I felt so much better.
