I had a technical issue with one of the…

I had a technical issue with one of the exporting manners brightdata makes available to the customer. First, a non-technical support member tried to help me with my issue, when I pointed out I might need a bit more technical support, almost instantly I got that. Very good, fast and responsive support. Platform features may sometimes be experiencing turbulance, but that is perfectly normal. Very good experience :)

Totally a disaster

Totally a disaster, only 16 proxies worked out of 40 and when l contacted to refund me a wall of nonsense was there. No one cared just emailing me for no reason not willing to accept that the product sucks.

Great support experience – thanks Gal

I had some initial issues with my account at Bright Data, but everything was resolved professionally thanks to Gal from the support team. He took the time to explain the situation clearly, reactivated my account, added a bonus, and guided me step by step.

Very transparent communication and genuine willingness to help. This completely changed my experience with Bright Data.
