Dreadful. Delay between order and shipping. No tracking information available. No response to either email or WhatsApp messages. Item not delivered and now 28 days since order.

I didn't receive my lamp and Brightendecor took no responsibility at all. Just took my money and then had the nerve to finally answer my e-mails after several months(!) "It is sended..." Well thank you very much for nothing.
Received wrong colour and light after months. No response from contact center apart from ‘we are sorry’. Then nothing. No new lamp no refund. Total scam.
We received the wrong order (in multiple ways). Company acknowledged this and indicated to send a new chandelier, which they never did. We have been scammed and now they don’t respond. DO NOT BUY HERE.

I ordered a lamp in mid-November 2022 for around €425. Around 14 days later I received it from China, but unfortunately in the wrong colour and in poor quality. I then contacted customer service and received a response within 24 hours. At first, I had to pay the return costs myself, but after repeated correspondence I was given a free return label. In mid-December, my return was delivered according to the tracking ID and since then I have been waiting for the refund, supposedly there are problems with the payout via Paypal. No feedback from customer service for 14 days now either. All in all, really unprofessional and not trustworthy. Definitely not recommendable for me.
I ordered the elegant ring chandelier in November. I did want a longer wire for the chandelier because my ceiling is higher than usual. This was no problem and was adjusted without any extra costs which was great. The light was delivered in 10 days and looks fabulous. Very happy with the communication and the light itself.
