I had to change the shipping address on an order I placed over the weekend, so I sent an email at 2:15pm on a Sunday. Chinie, from Customer Service, got back to me within an hour. but had to wait until Monday to contact Juzo, as it was a drop ship. She followed, up first thing Monday and got the address changed, before they could ship it. Outstanding responsiveness and follow-up!

My experience with customer service has always been positive. They are patient when trying to identify sizing and they helped me figure out what color of Sigvaris stocking to reorder since the codes had changed since the last time I ordered.

Brightlight was very easy to use and spot-on for sizing, even if the sleeve did look short out of the wrapping. Turns out, it stretches into the exact length I need and feels wonderful as it does so. It was worth spending more on Juzo's silky-soft fabric and cooler feel, especially in 100-degree weather. And the design is absolutely gorgeous. I always preferred not to draw attention, but even the plain sleeves bring questions, so I might as well have fun wearing what used to feel like a burden.

The company was great and they arrived quickly. The Solidea silver wave are fantastic. I love them! They feel like they are really supporting and compressing my legs. I felt like I had springs in my legs. I ordered capris and I’m nearly 5’5” and they are close to my ankles which is fine. I’m ordering another pair right now

I ordered it and received the correct hose in less than a week. Very happy with Brightlife, Would use you again, but the company I normally use bills Tricare for Life and I don't have to pay anything.

I started wearing compression stockings in 2017. Once I realized this was going to be a lifetime necessity, I began researching for quality stocking suppliers. I found several "discount priced" vendors and researched their approval ratings both for product quality and customer support. I placed a test order with Brightlife Direct and have not ordered compression stocking from any other source since. My initial orders were for "thigh high", closed toe, and 20/30 compression stockings. They fit well and wore well. Recently I have been ordering "knee high" style stockings and they perform well. They have a wide selection of styles, colors, and sizes. I don't see myself changing my source of good quality and reasonably priced stockings.
