Arrived on time, exactly as specified, perfect fit

This company understands the importance of lymphedema care. I have ordered my compression gauntlets twice from another company due to needing overnight shipping. Both times I received the wrong size and wondered if they are selling the manufacturers mismatched inventory. BrightLife Direct follows up in the rare time there is a delay. Competitive prices and easy to speak to a representative if needed. Glad I found BrightLife Direct!

My initial shipment didn't show up. They were very good about reshipping my order and expediting the shipment, Would have been 5 stars if the first order didn't get lost.

When I messed up my address, they immediately sent a new order. Products are great.

Their price for my Therasport 20-30 mmHg Compression Socks were 40% less that my 1st pair, purchased with a prescription at a brick-and-mortar location. Jobst compression socks are very important for me and BrightLife carries a good selection at really very good prices. I am adverse to shopping at Ama**n online, which bought up my old standby online store called DiscountSurgical, so I was happy to find this alternative source for such a good sock. Shipping cost and time is also reasonable.

I've purchased many compression stockings from Brightlife, usually Jobst sport brand. They give good support and have a wide band. I just switched to Allegro Milk socks because they looked good and were much less expensive. The fit is ok but not as good as Jobst. I also got Doc Ortho Diabetic Crew Socks. I was so disappointed because they have little stretch which I need for my right leg that sweiis often. I did get a quick refund. I've always received excellent customer service from Brightlife.

The order process was very good. The product (support hose) is good but could be better. The waistband tends to curl making it difficult to pull up comfortably and the seam on the toe irritates.

I called Jobst because their full toe compression hose was causing problems for my big toe. They referred me to their "sister site", Brightlife.com for the perfect solution. Brightlife's customer service suggested I consider an athletic compression sleeve, which leaves the entire foot uncovered while affording the the compression I needed. Purchase process was uncomplicated and delivery was fast and efficient, AND the sleeve was truly an answer to my prayers! THANK-YOU BRIGHTLIFE!

This is my 3rd joint replacement in under a year. I’ve had to wear TED hose after each. I was given one of these footies to aid in putting the hose on at home at after my first knee replacement. The second knee, I used the footie I was given with the first knee. Unfortunately, I wasn’t given another after this latest hip (#3) replacement. I was fortunate to find this online. It is exactly the same as the original. They make sliding the hose over my foot so much easier! I’d have paid 5x the fee to get another, it makes it that much easier to get the hose on! It arrived quickly & the cost was nominal. Thank you!!!

I have previously given a 5 for my orders, which I have been very happy with, but I have to say that I am really not happy with the manner in which it is shipped. The other items have been foam chips contained in a plastic bag. That is absolutely fine to ship in a plastic bag. This one is a compression stocking and is packaged in a flimsy box, not meant for shipping. It arrived in a plastic bag and the cardboard packaging is squished out of shape and flattened. This is the second time I have purchased this particular compression stocking and it arrived in the same condition and I meant to bring this up then. It is in no way a criticism of the actual product, it is awesome. This is a gift and I am now going to have to find a box to put it in so I can wrap it. It is not going to look very appealing to the recipient either when it is opened. I just think that the type of packaging the product is contained in might be taken into consideration when it is shipped. Otherwise, this is a great place to find what I need and am very happy with the products I now use. I'm glad my therapist recommended you.

Really like the Allegro line. Great value for the money. Little bit slow on the shipping and they charge for it so bit of a downer but the discounts on the socks make up for it.
