I purchased a set of LED rope lights for use around my new decking. They arrived on time. They were easy to install and work perfectly. They issue a good amount of light and the number of light changing functions is superb. I use them via a timer plug. The remote controller works very well. I would recommend this company and will use them again when I need lights.

Got a multifunction outdoor rope light after the old one finally gave up. Arrived on time and been using daily since December with no issues. Great service from Bright Lightz.

One of the worst companies I have had to deal with. I ordered 8 sets of fairy lights for a customers garden that was due to be finished soon. This company had them, so after paying upwards of £150 for the lights I waited the 2 working days for delivery. No dispatch email, no tracker. So I contacted them by email, the response was clearly from someone of a very, very young age (9-10y) as they couldn’t have cared less about the company or any future sales. Refund demanded. But no further responses.

When I ordered said they be here Saturday and didn't arrive,they only arrived on Wednesday. I emailed 4 or 5 timed with no reply.

Was sent the wrong bulbs from the ones I’d ordered. Initially they tried to send me the correct ones but didn’t have the ones I wanted in stock at all. So ended up with a refund. At the end of it appreciated the good customer service. (thanks Shaun).

Fantastic rope lights better quality than expected, they look fab in our home bar ,fast delivery I will definitely recommend and will be putting in another order .

I've recommended this company to many.

I ordered 9 x high bay LED warehouse lights however the item received was not as listed. I have spent over a week trying to get hold of the company to ascertain why a different item was sent and how to return the items. The office number just rings and rings and no one ever responds to multiple emails. I am not happy with the item received and want to return to get my money back.

I spent a long time looking for quality lights. These are brilliant quality, built to last, arrived quickly and as they say ‘do exactly as it says in the tin’. I would not hesitate to order from this company again. Brilliant!

First class service, quick delivery, I order 2 rope lights for my Christmas outdoor lighting display. They are great quality, bright and very colourful, love them.

These lights are beautiful to look out on in the evenings. They charge well even for January.

I have used Brightlightz on several occasions and have yet to be disappointed.

Sent wrong order out wanted rope lights sent led strips lights not good

I needed to replace the blue led light strip in my fish tank. Looked everywhere Bright Lightz was the only place that stocked a blue only light that I could plug directly into my timer. Excellent service, item well packaged and happy fish.

Worst experience I ever had, wouldn’t even apologise for not sending an order and then failed to deliver again. Do not use this company.
