Although the physical size was smaller than expected (my fault as I didn't read the spec), I am really pleased with the build quality and the light intensity. I intend to buy again very soon.

Some of our rope lights failed before Christmas so needed a new set quickly. Found exactly what we needed here, lots of choice and they arrived within a couple of days. Brilliant lights, really bright, easy to fit.

Ordered a set of tea lights just before New Year. Following a brief delivery delay and initial difficulty in contacting Bright Lightz about it, the customer service once contact was successfully made (including response times to emails) has been great. And the tea lights look brilliant, bright with as realistic a flicker as you can expect. Based on our experience we will buy again.

Ordered 2 sets of rope lights for outdoors at christmas. They arrived in a really timely fashion and I have to say they are streets ahead in terms of quality of the ones they were replacing.

Ordered our lights when the old set died. I thought it would take ages to get rope lights just before Christmas. They arrived within 2 days of placing the order. Great product and great service.

Bought a few set of these lights to brighten up the front of my house this Christmas.
Was able to connect them together and run from one socket. Really good quality.

Will use in back garden later in the year.

I returned lights to this company 3 weeks ago, tracked Royal Mail they have been signed for so definitely received. They don’t reply to emails & when you phone always states inbox is full still waiting for my £55 back, terrible company if you need to return anything, never again will I buy from here. No customer service whatsoever!

It developed a fault (which can happen, how it's dealt with is key ) As a business owner myself I can only praise the customer service I received. Looked online for led rope lights for Christmas for our house front.
Found these on the website in any length you want by the metre.
Excellent quality lights and really bright with multiple options and a memory so they hold the program they were on.
Extremely impressed with the lights as we live in one of the highest and windy places in Cornwall and they have stayed up all Christmas and no problems even in the harsh frosts and driving rain we have had.
I will definitely recommend these lights to anyone and as soon as my extension is built I will buy some more

We ordered the rope lights and they arrived promptly and in good condition. They were too bright for the situation we wanted them in and had to ask for a refund. We are completely satisfied with the way that the return and refund were handled.

Ordered external rope lights before Christmas, they are a great product and fantastic quality, very pleased. They arrived one day late and trying to contact the company to ascertain why was a bit hit and miss, but I put that down to the busy pre-xmas rush and apparently they had a change in management. Either way, they were only a day late, arrived well packaged, great product, and would be happy to order from Bright Lightz again

Purchased some last minute rope lights for the outside of our business premises, they arrived earlier than promised and were simple to install. The lights are clear and bright and look better than expected, i have passed on details of the supplier to a number of people who commented on how great they look. Fabulous lights. We were really happy with them, delivery was as promised, and on time. We used them to wind around an existing reindeer and sleigh set which had stopped working. They were flexible and look fantastic. I was really impressed with the range of lengths you could buy. I will definitely buy again from here. No response to emails and voice mails we left, however, prior to the delivery.

Buy with confidence, the LED curtain is well made and can be used both inside or outside as it's fully weatherproof. The service from Bright Lightz was also excellent with quick responses to my questions.
