Paula Martin was great she helped me with an issue i just could not figure out as an experienced user of the brightlocal platform. She also followed up with another rep i was in contact with for a separate issue!

I've been thoroughly impressed with what BrightLocal has to offer and their pricing is more than reasonable. I chose them after comparing about a dozen different companies. The training that they offer is top notch as well.

Best value, straightforward pricing

I use them for their citation builder. It has a user-friendly interface with great customer support. What makes them 100x better than Yext is the submissions are permanent. No shady first-year promo pricing with required yearly renewals at 2x+ the price. An investment of around $1,000 gave me hundreds of listings (that are easily editable) to 2 locations for a lifetime.

I needed help resetting my password

I needed help resetting my password. Mike Wilson helped me through it. I think that I could have asked him anything and he would have helped me regardless of what it was! He was very professional and kind. He had a willingness to help and to get the job done for me! Another word, he was awesome and I so appreciated him.
