Dr Mike made my son and I both very comfortable during what could have been a scary experience for my son. Reception was friendly and easy to work with too!

I came in and told them I had a bad toothache they new there was no oral surgeon to extract my tooth and they wasted my time and in pain just so they can make there money on the consultation all bad never return there again

The staff is really nice & I love Dr Ervin. I have known him for some time & he always tries to find a solution for the many dental problems I have had over the years. He is very honest with me even if the outcome is not what I expected. That is very refreshing to me. I do not want someone telling me what they think I want to hear.

Attentive prompt and the Dentist has a very soft touch!

Tough to review objectively......i was, mind you, getting 5 teeth pulled out! Experience was fine however.

I have been a customer at Bright Now Dental for sometime and they are always professional and always address and concerns I have. I would highly recommend to new patients.

I broke a tooth on my partial in the very front of my mouth. I called on a Thursday stating that I had an emergency. I could not get an appointment until Tuesday. When I visited the office on Tuesday I was told that I had to leave the partial and the tooth to be sent to the lab and the partial would not be back util Friday or Monday. I was so embarrassed to be seen in public. I have had a previous experience at another dental office and they offered temporary teeth. I was very displeased with the resolution.

I was not hurt with my cleaning as in the past! Great job!

I liked the professionalism of the dental assistant and the hygenist. The hygenist especially took his time to educate me on how to properly brush and floss. I don't like that I am paying $50 per filling when I have insurance and Brite now is the preferred provider

Friendly staff ,dentist gave me piece of mind .No more search for a place that i would feel comfortable with

Great customer service. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I just recently had my wisdom teeth extracted and my experience was a good one. I did not experience any pain at all and they took well care of me. Highly recommend this dental office.

I am terrified of dentists and at the time was in a lot of pain and had no insurance. The techs helped me clam down have me an almost painless injection and the dentist was very patient and understanding of my fears. He explained rebrand gave me his personal number in case of emergency. My experience was the best I have ever had at a dentist and they have me several payment options. I would go back definitely to this dentist

Don't like the new spit sinks that I have to get up to use while sharing with another exam room. Just odd.

Original diagnosis accurate where many other professionals were not.
All staff very polite and helpful.

Scheduled me at a time where they could not finish appointment because they were closing. Should have finished up with ALL before closing

The staff and doctor were extremely professional and friendly however when I showed up for my first appointment they only had one hygienist that had called in sick so I wasn't able to get my cleaning done the same days as expected. I have child care I have to arrange for an appointment so I would have preffered that they called me so I could reschedule instead of coming in twice now.
