10/10. The top and bottom arrived without any issues, everything was in perfect condition and delivered on time. It’s true that the sizing runs a bit small, so I would recommend sizing up, but the customer service was fast, very efficient, and extremely friendly throughout the whole process. It was a great shopping experience overall.

I ordered a swimsuit well over in a month advance for my vacation and when I received the package it was missing the top. It was incredibly difficult to get in contact with customer service and took almost a week and i finally got an answer when i reached out on instagram. I asked for it to be expressed shipped to me to make it on time for my trip but was told you couldnt do that and so i didnt end up getting it for my trip in time. I spent my hard earned money on this, super disappointing the customer service was not better especially as this was not my fault and i had to continuously go out of my way to get help

This is my second time buying from bright swim. I absolutely loved my first pieces so of course I went to check out their newest bright colors. I ordered two different sets in styles I already had from them. After recieving them, I really regretted not trying some of their other incredible styles. I sent an email to start and exchange and Anna was extremely quick to help. I got 3 pieces exchanged almost immediately but even better, they gifted me the pieces I was going to exchange to decrease their carbon footprint. I’m absolutely thrilled because now I can gift these extra pieces to my sister so I know will appreciate the bright colors and quality. I will be back for the phenomenal customer service and amazing bathing suit quality.

DO NOT BUY ! I bought two bikinis and my experience has been horrible from start to finish. I was ordering from Canada, thinking the package would come from the USA as they have a warehouse there. But it came from Sweden so I had to pay custom fees, I emailed them twice to know if I could just refuse the fees, send them back and get my money back. I didn’t get an answer until I received an email to give them a review which I did. They finally replied when they saw my bad review and told me that I would get a store credit according to the policy. So I paid the fees, got the bikinis and it is unbelievable! What was supposed to be an XL looks and fits like a Small size, and the quality is the same as SHEIN. I spent $200 for two bikinis that won’t ever fit me and there’s no return or exchange possible. It must be a scam! What a waste of money and time.

Shipping is always fast! The orders are always correct on sizes. These are the best bikinis I have ever worn! Such great quality and the prints are beautiful!!!!!!! Quality last years also.

Do NOT BUY! I believe they are a scam. The swim suit that came did not work for me. They do not offer returns. And when I opted for store credit per their policy, they have completely stopped responding to me. I have emailed them 4 more times over the past week and no response. Why am I being ignored? HORRIBLE customer service. Not to mention...the swim suit was also ugly.

Ordered 2 bikinis in different styles from Bright swimwear. Delivery was quick. Unfortunately one of the styles (Sofie) was a little bit too skimpy (order a L for a 34D), and hence I emailed the team to request an exchange to a different style. Response within 48h to arrange for the replacement swimsuit to be delivered, and also to reduce the carbon footprint they said that I didn’t need to return the set that I wasn’t keen on. An excellent experience. Would buy again. Please note I ordered directly from Bright Swimwear’s website and not via a 3rd party.

The bikinis however were beautiful, with the designs accurately representing what was on the website and the quality good. I used the sizing chart for the bottoms which was accurate, I’m usually a size 28 waist jeans and ordered the Large. The are slightly cheeky (Melody) bottoms but adjustable. For the melody top i sized up to XL for coverage after ready the reviews which was perfect.

I am obsessed with all of the swimsuits I have gotten from this brand! They are super flattering and I always get compliments. Also the swimsuits came in the mail pretty fast!

I love the swimsuits, delivery is fast, and customer service is amazing. I needed to exchange my top for a bigger size and they just took care of it for me and had the bigger one delivered and let me keep the other.

The most amazing swimwear brand. Their bikinis are super cute, comfy and high-quality. The price is also incredible and their customer service is unmatched! I asked for a size exchange and they replied and dispatched the new item the same day! I will only buy my bikinis from here now!

A company that doesn’t not accept full refunds and only does exchanges and store credit, is a company that has major red flags and had to deal with many refunds in the past and refuses to better themselves and their product. First, their sizing is WAY off, not close to being accurate at all. Second, the quality of their suits are downright shameful SHEIN has better quality. Everything is super thin and flimsy and nowhere on their website does it say that all of their suits are single lined. All they can offer is store credit, and frankly, I have no need for store credit as I do not want to purchase another product from this company.
