Shipping is no good.

Brickzz provides fantastic quality minifigures and excellent service. I'd highly recommend them to any collector of anything lego.

I had a fabulous experience- I ordered a 16-figure minifigure set plus a handful of individual minifigures, and I needed them in time to ship to my daughter as part of an advent calendar I assembled for her to use starting Dec 1. They contacted me to tell me one figure was no longer available, and offered to me to pick a replacement. They expedited the shipment so I could get it on time. It arrived super fast, all the figures I expected were there, including a surprise figure, I assume for the trouble with the unavailable one. I am extremely pleased with the experience, and would definitely recommend them and buy from them again.

Once AGAIN RIPPED OFF.
I feel silly now, but I got cheated in a different way this time.
First time the deliverer left the parcel outside my aparment in the city, and stolen. Brikzz told me it was not their problem. Contacted deliverer, who took 21 days to respond. Admitting where they left it. Spoke to Brikzz again, who stopped answering me.
This time, I got it delivered to my work. I ordered the T-Rex dinosaur. They advertise the big one. You can see in their photo it has 4x2 studs on its back. The one that arrived is tiny. You can easily see it is completely wrong because there are 2x2 studs on the back.
Worst thing is how they treat you though. I wil NEVER order from them again. I feel like an idiot getting ripped off both times I ordered.
Do NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

I placed an order on the 24th of September and according to your tracker the order isnt even ready let alone in transit.

Brikzz is great the mini figures are good quality but I had a bad experience the first time I used brinks as my first order took 2 months to arrive and I sent out a dozen emails but the past 4 orders had arrived within 1-2 weeks which is great

I found a set of block mini figures here that I knew my grandson would love. Ordering was easy and following the process from ordering to arrival was easy. The product arrived when expected. The mini figures were a hit. Assembly was easy and they are fantastic figures.

I had high hopes for Brikzz and so far me and my dad we haven't gotten our 45 sets and it's been since September 28th 2023.

My dad ordered 45 sets as a Christmas Present for myself but he didn't want to tell me until it arrived, that didn't happened. My dad told me yesterday that he spent almost 2000$ on 45 Lego Star Wars Minifigure Sets on September 28th 2023 and it's been almost a whole year? This is a joke of a company and we will not be buying again unless they can fix there shipping and ACTUALLY ship the products

The customer service they provide is top-notch! They communicate, follow up and do what they say they will do! Good service is hard to come by but these guys know their customers and provide GREAT service. On top of that their products are excellent quality and fairly priced! I'm for sure coming back to Brikzz!!
