I had a struggle setting up my modem and the customer team was very helpful spending a couple hours with me trouble shooting until I got it sorted. The teams friendly and quick to help me i recommend brillian. For the speed,price and their customer care team that genuinely cares.

Feedback on Nov 20th to my review was that Brillband would reach out! I'm still waiting BRILLBAND SUPPORT, got a total outage today 8th Dec 2025 and no support as usual, they only operate during normal hours!!! As before Brillband once upon a time were great, nowadays they take your money and leave you high & dry when there's any problems, support is attrocious as nobody gets back to you. Eero routers are all hype, they are the worst on the market so avoid any supplier who uses these to provide your service.

For the first time in 3 years I had an issue with my internet that I couldn’t resolve myself, I spoke to Lewis on the live chat and despite it being a Saturday night and the issue over running his finishing time Lewis stayed online to resolve the problem. Top service my Brillband once again

Chatted with Lewis online, we had an internet outage and he was very quick logging our problem and escalating with City Fibre. He also helped checking up on where the engineers were when we thought they weren't coming. He was polite, helpful and quick throughout. The problem wasn't Brillband's fault but Lewis took us seriously and was efficient nonetheless. Would definitely recommend.

Brillband is a great Internet provider. Very fast speeds. Easy to set up eero router. I had an issue which was quickly resolved by Customer Service.

I already had been using EERO on my old ISP. I had a bit of bother getting connected to Brillband. Contacted help and got Alisha. She told me how to reset and then get connected. All up and running now.
