Beautiful packaging! I feel the ring was expensive for a simple 14k ring, but the quality is durable and nicely made.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my ring! Gracie was very welcoming, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand exactly what my fiancé and I was looking for and guided us through all the options without any pressure. The quality of the ring exceeded my expectations, it’s absolutely stunning and beautifully crafted.

What stood out most was the personalized service and attention to detail. They made the whole process smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. I left feeling confident and excited about my purchase. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a meaningful, high-quality piece of jewelry and a truly exceptional buying experience.

Amazing customer service...and amazing ring!!

⭐ 1 Star – Misled and Treated Unfairly by Brilliant Earth

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I’ve received from Brilliant Earth. I contacted the customer service team three separate times via live chat to confirm whether my partner’s £910 ring could be resized, and on every occasion I was assured that it could. Based on that advice, I sent the ring back — only to then receive a phone call telling me it cannot be resized.

I was then told my only options were to accept just 50% of the ring’s original value towards another ring or pay to have it sent back to me. This is completely unacceptable.

The ring is in pristine condition, has never been out of the box apart from our wedding day, and wasn’t even worn for a full day — my partner’s finger began turning blue, so he had to remove it immediately.

I appreciate that this may be outside the returns policy, but this situation only occurred because of the incorrect information provided by Brilliant Earth’s own team. To then be penalised for following their advice is appalling. Offering only 50% back for a £910 ring and expecting me to pay for its return is beyond unfair.

I’m extremely disappointed and will not be purchasing from Brilliant Earth again unless this is resolved properly.

I’d been searching everywhere for a gold astrology necklace and finally found it at Brilliant Earth. When I called the customer service info, they were fantastic as well as the The Santa Monica team that ordered it for me to see in person, and the whole experience was amazing. The necklace exceeded my expectations — beautiful design, great weight, and fair price. Wonderful customer service too. Highly recommend!

Great service

My now-wife and I came to Brilliant Earth on a whim when looking for engagement and wedding rings. We were not able to find the "perfect ring" neither in any of the other stores we went to before, nor online. Furthermore, we knew we would prefer laboratory-grown or ethically sourced diamonds.

We received great guidance by Ms. Tarhon. She helped us finding the perfect bands and stones. Her advice was great and in the end we found rings that were and still are perfect for us.

A big advantage of Brilliant Earth was also the huge selection of stones you can choose from. You are not limited to the (actually quite substantial) selection of stones in the store.

We will definitely come back! A huge thank you to Alida for her amazing support!

Loved Brilliant Earth from the moment I walked in. Their storefront is gorgeous, the people that work there were so kind. Matthew was the Jewelry Consultant we worked with, and he was so knowledgable, so patient, and so helpful. He also didn't push the most expensive thing on us. He gave us is honest opinion on the gradings and what he thought was a good price for each diamond. And now for the most important part - my custom ring stack came in just 10 days and I am BEYOND obsessed with it. I get excited to put it on every morning. 10/10 experience.

Everything was fantastic. The product, the service, the ease, all top tier. Divine was the associate that helped us and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. There was no pressure or "sales-y" pitches which is what I was worried about going in. After leaving I felt very comfortable making a purchase with Brilliant Earth. 5/5!!!
