OK I ordered this necklace for my wife, she was so excited as it looked lovely on your Web site. It is a pearl and diamond set at intervals on a gold chain.it cost £1300. So I expected something substantial. Instead it's very flimsy the pearls and diamonds are very very small the free silver diamond necklace that you sent was even worse, if I could send it back I would. She was so disappointed she threw the packaging out.

The Staff on site were wonderful! They were so kind, i was running late for my appointment thankfully they were still able to help me. They answered all questions and concerns with a smile on their face. I would definitely go back to brilliant Earth any time if the staff is that nice. Customer service is everything. I love this style of jewelry; simple elegance, dainty and classic. I wanted a special little bracelet for my daughter as her something new on her wedding day. She love, loves what I chose for her; a delicate paper clip bracelet paired with a little pearl bracelet. I also bought pearl stud earrings for my daughter in law and a pearl necklace for my other daughter for both being such loving and intricate parts of the wedding. The four stars is because of how they were boxed. The boxes are nice, but they were intended as three different gifts, not the two that they arrived in.All was well and I managed fine, it was just surprising.

I worked with the custom jewelry team at Brilliant Earth. This team is responsible for making special requests possible for some of their rings. For example, I wanted to replace some side stones in the ring setting with a different type of gem. So, my order was transferred to the custom team. My order was placed, no problem, and the team told me that my customization was possible and that they would work on it. My order was confirmed, and a shipping label was created.
Six weeks after the shipping label was created, there had been no update on the ring, no communication from the custom team, and I was left to start digging and asking the question, “Where is my ring?” Over the course of the next month, the team appeared to be scrambling for answers, dodging and handing off emails to other employees, and they were not able to answer my simple question: “Where in the ring development process am I?” It almost appeared that they lost my order and completely forgot about it.
The custom specialist finally reached out to me and told me that the customization they said was possible actually wasn’t possible. They said I needed to come up with a new idea or get a refund. After asking for more options for custom side stones, they came back and told me the order would be double what I originally paid. There was no acknowledgment of the massive delay they had caused by dropping the ball.
I requested a full refund after hearing this news. They then proceeded to give me a $30 refund for my $2k order... clearly not the correct amount! After pulling more teeth and persistently sending emails while getting no response, they corrected the refund after a few more weeks of struggle.
I know people who have had great experiences with this company. I did not. So all I can say is: avoid asking for special customizations at all costs! They can drop the ball and cause major delays in your proposal plans.

The necklace is beautiful. However, when I received the necklace, it’s all tangled up and took me 30 mins to untangle the lace. This is very disappointing and ruins my experience
