Ordered 3 cases in November, it is January and I have yet to receive them. Tracking number shows no movement since December 4th.

1) Awful cheap quality.
2) Item does not fit my phone.
3) unhelpful customer service team
4) No free returns.
5) shipping time took forever!

I love my case so much!! I’m in the UK and delivery was fast and the tracking was really good would definitely recommend. The case has bright colours and is exactly what I expected thank you so much!

Don’t order cases if you want them to come quickly. It’s 2024, it should not take over 3 weeks to get to Australia. Maybe the company should upgrade to a higher courier service. I’m always happy to pay more for shipping if it’s to be delivered at a reasonable time. Website says it can take up to 17 days post manufacturing, that’s insanity. I work in logistics and this is just straight up poor service. Had to pay more money to get another case for my new phone as I’ve had to wait for so long.

The website was really easy to understand and use. There were fantastic options and a huge range of sizes of cases! You can even choose the type of case required. Fab offer on your first order or 3 for 2! The cases were made so quickly and dispatch was quick. There were a couple of options for delivery and it was fully trackable right to the front door.
The postage was so quick. I was so impressed.
I was worried that the cases would never arrive and there was no need to be they arrived safely, al in working order and so fast.

I love the case i bought nice and sturdy and great quality! The customer service was great very helpful and resolved my issue I had within a few hours. 10/10 will buy from again!

Fantastic phones case looks exactly as shown in photos on site. Took a bit longer to come in than I expected as I didn’t realize it wasn’t coming from the US but overall im happy!

Great choices in phone cases and for a lot cheaper than some other sites. Just got my cases the other day and have used one of them for about a day or so. Quite like it and can tell its very sturdy.

I love my new cell phone case it is so pretty.🙂
