Up to now I've enjoyed products from Bristan. Now that I have a problem I find that their boast that they have "Award-winning customer services" certainly makes me wonder how bad the others are.
Their initial reply seemed promising and it contained a link to their product registration webpage in case I hadn't registered the mixer.
I hadn't. However, that link went to a "Page not found - 404" page so I had to Google the company. That was okay but the registration process was less easy.
I typed in the whole 3 words of the product name but nothing showed. So I reduced that name to just the product code, to no avail. Finally I found a totally different code on my Amazon receipt and that did work.
Now it wanted my contact details and a copy of the original receipt. Putting my postcode into the relevant text box and clicking the Find Address button did nothing so I had to type all of my details into very lightly fonted text boxes that, as an older person with fading eyesight, was quite an ordeal. I think they call that type of light grey font "subtle".
Fortunately I know how to take a partial screenshot of the Amazon receipt page and copy it into Paint to enable it to be saved as an image file. I wonder how many others have stumbled over this?
Anyway, my mixer has been registered and they'll process my request within the next 24 hours. I'll update this as things happen and my hope is that my experience may help others who need Bristan's "Award-winning customer service".

Good customer service. Warranty covered fault no question asked replacement valves replaced for drippy kitchen tap.All instructions and even offered a plumber service. It doesn't get any better than this.
Highly recommend.

Good product spoiled by poor support staff. I sent a question regarding the handing of a basin mixer tap and as it was quite complicated attached an annotated photo. The reply revealed no understanding of the issue and I gave up.

I could not get the old ceramic valves in the mixer tap to unscrew. This is the 3rd time l have had this experience with your make of tap and had to replace mixer tap which cost £100 pounds .18 inch stillsons could not shift them . I have not had this experienced with other makes of tap , I assume the valves ane fitted by a machine

Fantastic customer service, I was trying to register my new bath and basin taps for warranty, but didn’t know how to. I was emailed and told how to proceed. They made it very easy, for a 76 year old.😂

I had a cosmetic issue with a kitchen tap purchased in 2021. I enquired about buying a replacement but when they requested further details they replaced the tap free of charge. Wonderful service and totally unexpected.
