Ordered a Bearmach starter motor from…
Ordered a Bearmach starter motor from these guys, they emailed me to say they can't get them, but offered either Allmakes or Britpart instead, I opted for Allmakes as I thought it would be better quality. When it turned up it was in a box labelled Allmakes and Britpart, not ideal, but I fitted it anyway. Seemed very good to start with but 2 months later it won't turn the engine over any more, swapped it back for the old one which I had reconditioned. Tried to return the faulty one only to find their web site has gone.

Service with some (bad) surprises
It is not convenient to receive by email the shipping costs, although they answer within 24 hours which is good. They didn’t answer questions raised in the comments box. And they did not notice me at all about the customs costs that are not included and to be paid in the destination (EU), and they were 50% of the purchase amount.

I am very satisfied with the service…
I am very satisfied with the service from Britcar. I have dealt with the company in the past and will continue to do business with them. My one suggestion is that the communication with customers could be more personal and friendly and less businesslike. For instance communication can begin by greeting the customer before getting down to business immediately.
