On Time and clean minibus for 6 people and six pieces of large luggage.

Excellent service; on time; I highly recommend it

worst Airport transfer, they never picked us up at the airport and pretend the job was completed, in which do not want to provide a refund. Other friends have bad they same problem and I have advised them to leave a review they deserve. Also will report to the financial ombudsman as they said they have breached Consumer Rights Act 2015 denial of service and could be fine, others should do the same

The company did not give me any driver details before arrival at LHR T5 which is normal protocol. There was NO driver waiting for me. I called the company he siad he would call back in 2 minutes. No call back when I called again no one answered. My husband called from his number they answered immediatly so were purposefully not answering my calls. No driver arrived. We were stranded at LHR with no transport. We had UK phones what would happen to a person less able?

The cars were clean and tidy, they turned up on time and the drivers were interesting and engaging to talk to. Perhaps most impressively was how they handled flight delays. Due to a crash in the ATC systems my return flight was delayed and was potentially going to be diverted or even cancelled. The company kept in touch while we were waiting to depart. This left me feeling reassured that they would get me home, which they did.

Driver was 15 minute late, without fuel in the tank. We have to go on petrol station first because driver excuse was he don't know the area. Car was dirty inside, back seat covered by some dust like cement. Every time when driver pushed breaks car started make some strange noise and shaking. Very stressful journey to airport. Won't recommend and won't use again

Booked A taxi from watford to Luton airport. Received many confirmations the evening before and the morning of the pick up. Driver was on time and very pleasant. Will definatly use this company again.

Brilliant service from Britain Airport Transfers. This was my first time using them and I absolutely recommend them to everyone. Driver came with the correct baby seat for my 3 year old.
