Above & beyond customer service.

Jenny went above and beyond to fix an error that was my fault.I wasn't entitled to a refund or exchange but Jenny quickly sorted it without any fuss,the replacement I needed was held over & posted rapidly,all done in a pleasant,friendly and super helpful way.would most definitely shop again.thanks Jenny!!

Great website

Great website. Good quality and choice of products. Hunter mens lined gardening clogs bought as a Christmas gift. Husband is delighted and raving about the fit and comfort of the gardening clogs. Would definitely recommend.

Great coat

Great coat - but unfortunately too big so will have to be returned - this is not British Attire's fault. Super fast delivery during the run up to Christmas. Good communication

Lost parcel

I recently purchased a Belstaff polo shirt from British Attire but when it didn’t arrive after 9 days I contacted customer services to chase it up .Straight away they were on it …great communication!They looked into the issue and it was found that it had been lost in the hands of Royal Mail .Unfortunately because my item had been in the sale it was the last one they had but they quickly sent me a few links to something similar (even though it was more expensive than what I’d paid for ) as a replacement at no extra expense to myself or a refund .After choosing another Belstaff polo shirt they immediately sent it out and I received the item very quickly !Very pleased with British Attire and the way everything was delt with .I shall definitely be purchasing from British Attire again!

Your order was dispatched promptly from us, however it does appear that Royal Mail have unfortunately delivered the parcel to the wrong place.
