So pleased with the boots I ordered.
The quality of them is excellent and I love the colour too.
I am a size 6 and they fit perfectly.
The service I received from ordering the boots to receiving them was straightforward.
Delivery was swift and efficient.
I would also like to add that the packaging of the goods was excellent. A quality service around.

I initially ordered a coat which turned out to be slightly too small, so I opted to exchange it for a bigger size. A couple of days after returning it, I emailed to ask for an update on the exchange.

The team got back to me explaining that while packaging the replacement, they noticed a tear in the coat and therefore couldn’t send it. Obviously unfortunate, but I appreciated their honesty. Unfortunately, the coat I originally ordered then went out of stock and wasn’t going to be restocked.

I was dealing with Jenny, who truly went above and beyond. She offered me alternative colours from the new release of the coat and explained it would take a little while to come into stock, which I was more than happy to wait for. Jenny kept me regularly updated throughout, responded to emails very quickly (even late in the evening), and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.

I’ve now received the coat and I’m very happy with it. Despite the hiccup, the customer service was excellent and the whole experience ended on a very positive note. Huge thanks to Jenny, a real credit to the company.

Boots and price were excellent but.
Would have given 5* but had to wait in for delivery as company had chosen option that meant I had to sign for delivery which wasted my day. I spoke to fedex but they said only the seller can change the option. Maybe something that Country Attire can remedy quickly so as not to put off future customers.

Excellent - I had been hunting high and low for a particular parka, and grown frustrated with the manufacturer approach to discounts and delivery. British Attire stepped up, had a fantastic discount and allowed a further discount as a new customer. Added to that I got next day delivery, packaging was great - process really easy and a fantastic overall customer service. Have recommended and will be back for more im certain.
