British Airsoft Club full of Air.

Only getting one star because I can't do a minus.
This Airsoft outfit claim to be "a more flexible, modern alternative for players."

I dont know what they compare this to as they can not be contacted or trusted to respond.

As usual it works when it works but when there is a problem the cracks appear.
If you pay your membership & nothing goes wrong the online management system they use is fine. However, when there is a membership issue that requires assistance then they fall horrendously short in customer service.
You can ONLY contact them via email. Despite requests to telephone them they'll not facilitate it. Theres absolutely no way to talk to them directly. They respond to an email stating the management/admin team only convene every 2 weeks for admin duties so God help you if its a matter of urgency.
I had a membership issue where I was paying for two memberships. One for myself & another for a colleague. I instructed them to cancel my collegues membership via email. My colleague instructed them to cancel his membership via email. They screwed this up & cancelled my membership in error without authorisation & instead kept my colleagues membership active & continued to deduct fees from me without authorisation.
Despite many emails detailing their error, requesting correction of the error, proving the error was theirs with their own email replies they refused to correct it & wanted me to reapply paying further annual fees with a refund of fees already deducted. All I wanted was to remain a member, have my membership reinstated & continue on. Simple right?....
Wrong!
This dance occurs over many weeks due to their 'only getting the admin team together every fortnight'.
They eventually stopped replying to my emails & ignored my attempts to rationally fix this issue. They clearly do not care about fixing problems but are happy to take your money.

They have cancelled my membership without authorisation, refuse to correct it, refuse to respond, effectively taking unauthorised fees from my account & left me high & dry with no grounds for defense for holding RIFS.
If thats the level of care they have for their membership then beware. Its not a situation I'd recommend any airsoft user to be left with for the Legal implications it could create.
