Resolved dispute
Edit; item appears to be resolved and I didn’t receive any replies previously due to a breakdown of communication. I’ve been inform a replacement item is on its way. I was, emphasis on “was” a long term and may I say happy customer until one of my orders didn’t arrived, moreover my package didn’t even enter into Royal Mail system. After many emails, all of which (apart from one) were ignored , they offered no solution. To provide additional context, they received one email so therefore they must have also seen the other messages and chose to ignore them. In the one response they basically said they hope Royal Mails sort it out, yeah mate cheers, in other words tough luck if they don’t!!This despite the fact that the tracking shows the item not even entered into Royal Mails system!. It’s not like the item was mis delivered and I have any prospect of retrieving the package! Deeply unethical and unprofessional way to treat a long term customer and for the sake of £75!. I now have to approach my financial institution for resolution. The acid test of a “good company” is how they respond when something goes wrong. If you want your phone calls & emails to be ignored and be subsequently out of pocket , I highly recommend. Otherwise avoid

Bought some CBD juice on 18th December which turns out it wasn't what I was expecting. It is unopened and unused. I wish to send it back for a full refund. As stated on their website it says refunds can be processed within 30 days of order. From their contact page, I have called them 5 times - no answer - straight to voicemail. I have left 2 voicemail messages. I have emailed them 5 times and have contacted them 7 times on the online webchat. ZERO RESPONSE. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
