Brilliant!!
Quick delivery. Superb customer service. On one of my last orders they forgot to send an item I had purchased. I got in touch with them and within a couple of days I recieved my missing item. Items are always sent well packaged. Can not fault them!

I love this company but
I love this company. The range of products, the quality, the speed of postage and care of packaging... but everytime I order it starts the trustpilot "review review review" process over again so i am deducting a star out of sheer pettiness because it's like an insecure partner begging for compliments and i am too aro to play that game!

Difficulty with points redemption
Reference order 81586
I have a cosiderable balance of points that I wished to use to reduce the price of this order and said so on my order. I used the "apply coupon" option without any effect at all and paid (as usual) full price. I'm a fairly frequent customer but not a very happy one.
