We tried to sell our property but struggled with viewings. Once our contract ended, we approached BHB. Nathan was great at getting the details and creating the advert. From there on, Molly helped arrange viewings and we had more viewings in 7 days than we had in 6 months. Molly managed through until we had an accepted offer. Charles from progressions took over and managed the buyer’s expectations and communications. He was valuable, given we were buying a new build there was a lengthy wait. He kept the buyer up to date regularly without us or them chasing.

Overall, a great experience and we would 100% recommend.

Although we reduced the price to aid a sale this was due to the local property sales in the area. British Homesellers gave us honest advice and support to enable a sale. The agent assigned to us made regular weekly contact and the first viewer to visit bought the property. The sale went through in just 6 wks with regular updates from the team throughout.

The process was simple from beginning to end. I needed to sell my Fathers house quickly and it took 3 and a half months from ringing them to completion. All the staff were extremely helpful and I was kept up to date every step of the way. There was no stress or worry. I would definitely recommend British Home Sellers.

I can’t recommend Byers highly enough. From start to finish they were extremely professional, proactive, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. After struggling for four months with a local estate agency and getting nowhere, Byers sold my house in just two weeks — and for the price we were aiming for.

Their fee is higher than some other agents, but the service, speed, and results absolutely make it worth it. In my experience, you really do get what you pay for. I’m very glad I made the switch and would not hesitate to use them again

We have had an amazing experience with British home sellers! We had been let down by a high street agent who wasn’t able to fulfil our needs with the timing we needed to sell our house. Not only that, the agent didn’t seem to say the right things to sell our house and they preferred to show potential buyers around themselves. After a couple of let downs, we decided to go with British home sellers. Although they are a predominately an on line agent, and the home seller does the viewings, their dedication, care and communication was fantastic! Every agent that dealt with us was experienced in their field and also showed kindness, care and compassion to our short term scale! I cannot thank them enough! Especially Alex who went above and beyond through an extremely stressful conveyance period. If it wasn’t for his care and dedication then I don’t know if we would have been able to complete! He was fantastic, put my mind at ease on so many occasions and went over and above to make sure our sale completed! I would recommend British home sellers to anyone! Very happy with the service from British Homebuyers in selling a family member’s bungalow. From the initial emails and phone calls, every query was answered promptly (and we had lots of them).
We proceeded with marketing the property with them and within the space of 10 days we received an offer from the 1st people to view. (Something that 2 local estate agents hadn’t managed in the previous 18 months)! Sale has now completed, and the only delay was from the solicitors. We were kept up to date throughout the process from BHB, and I plan to use them for another property in the coming months.

I used British Homebuyers as I had seen a newbuild as I wanted to buy a newbuild and my flat was not getting viewings through traditional estate agents. A number of flats in my block had been up for a long time (12months).
BHB give me choices throughout and gave clear rationale for their advice re pricing and it was obvious they did their research giving them a clear understanding of the market and my needs. I had two viewing and a buyer almost immediately.
They were always polite, followed through and supportive.
I would recommend using.

All the staff I dealt with both Mollie's, Alex and Charles were excellent, they said they hoped to sale my house with in 4 wks it was actually 5, but that was my fault not theirs cos I was away, if id not been away they'd have sold it in 3 wks, that what I call excellent. I can not thank them enough for all the work they did and how quickly they sold. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who wants to move.

For 4 months this company hounded me with letters offering to sell my property higher than what it was on the market for. Once I agreed, they talked me down to a lower price. I had no viewings for months. I then wrote a review of the horrible experience I had and was contacted
with a long apology and a £100 Amazon voucher. What followed was even more vile. All I got was weekly phone calls telling me how many people have viewed my property online. In the end, I asked for them to take off my property from their markets. If you like a company to. waste 8 months of your time, choose
them. ABSOLUTE SCAM. In their response, they couldn't even get my name right. What a joke. Customer satisfaction indeed.
