I wanted to share my experience with British Homebuyers, as I believe they stand out as the best Estate Agents in the market. After a disappointing experience with a previous agent while trying to sell my home & buy a property, I decided to reach out to British Homebuyers based on their positive reviews.

Upon contacting them, I had the pleasure of speaking with Molly, who took the time to understand my situation. She clearly explained how their process works, provided an accurate estimate of fees, and set realistic expectations for the timeline of the sale. From the moment I committed to working with them, I felt confident in my decision.

The communication throughout the process was outstanding. I could always reach someone if I had questions, and Molly consistently returned my calls promptly. The entire team was understanding, friendly, and thorough in their approach. Molly, in particular, went above and beyond to reassure me, providing not just professional support but emotional support that made the experience much less stressful.

I cannot emphasize enough that despite being an online service, British Homebuyers are truly exceptional. They made my journey seamless through their attentive communication and dedication to their clients.

Robert was amazing from start to finish, communication was great and was able to keep things smooth sailing during a fairly stressful time.

British Homebuyers are a completely on-line based company so I considered the decision to use them out of my comfort zone, however they explained the whole process very clearly. You are assigned your own property manager, mine was Molly Ewen & special thanks must be passed to her for always updating me & reassuring me along my listing journey. Once an offer has been accepted you are passed to your own Sales progresser, mine was called Charles Gale, he was exceptional in being able to mediate between my buyer, his solicitor & mine, always returning phone calls & keeping me upbeat.
My advice is to be brave & maybe go down a different route by choosing an on-line company as sometimes as I discovered the outcome can become a positive one.

We have recently completed our house sale with British Homebuyers. It was a traditional sale i.e. not cash. My experience from Strat to end has been extremely positive. From booking viewings to feedback was all very smooth. Everyone I had dealt with was very helpful at BHB specially once we got introduced to Alex Clendon as our dedicated contact. Alex was a delight to work with. He is always approachable, if you miss him he will call back at the earliest possible, explain things in details and when things go off rail he will constantly follow up update and get things back on track. Even my purchase side agent would joke whenever there is a potential issue or delay, "ask Alex he will sort out any problem quickly". I will highly recommend British Homebuyers.

Although British Homebuyers is a national company and we never actually met Alex Clendon he provided us with excellent and very professional service throughout the sale of our property. I would highly recommend them for anyone wishing to sell. Michael.

Having not been in the property market for over 20 years, the current process was a little daunting however the professional & courteous service of the British HomeSellers staff helped to make this experience more manageable. I give particular mention to Alex Clendon who I dealt with for the majority of what felt like a long and arduous process however Alex kept me informed and helped with the usual anxiety this can cause. Although it is not a local estate agent experience, this certainly didn’t affect the timely communication received throughout the process. Alex even called me on this August BH in response to a message I left him following my move date of 22/8/25 just to make sure everything was now okay.
I would certainly recommend British HomeSellers to others entering the property selling process.

We were very happy with British homebuyers, we had our house on with another agent and only had 1 viewing in 5 months, went with these and had 2 viewing within a week and a offer, both molly’s were very helpful and the whole experience was efficient and easy, they even got us a solicitor to do all the work, would and have recommended them.

Robert Love and the team as British Homebuyers were thoroughly professional with the handling of the sale of my house; from the start they helped us through the whole process, giving us weekly updates and advice and to point us in the right direction. They were brilliant and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and we would recommend to anyone who is looking to sell there house.

While it took a little while to set up the house up ready to market, 2 viewings were immediately arranged and the second put in an offer immediately. Unfortunately they ahd to drop out but 2 more viewings were arranged very quickly and the house was sold quickly. At all times British Home Buyers kept me fully informed as to what was happening, any delays and the reason for them. Couldn't fault their service!

I had no idea selling property had become so much more involved. Mine was complicated further by having to sell on behalf of an ill relative but British Home buyers were instrumental in taking away some of the difficulties, from finding a buyer where other agents failed for months, to helping with enquiries and good communication throughout conveyancing to completion. British Homesellers were very helpful and above and beyond efficient. We had an offer on our property after the very first viewing and went on to a completed sale in just under twelve weeks, despite there being three bank holidays during the process. We were kept fully informed throughout and must give full credit to both Robert and Charles for their personal involvement. If selling (or buying) I would recommend checking out this agent first.

My house had been on the market with two different estate agents with no luck for over two years, I decided to try British Homebuyers. Very good marketing and insights towards the local area, and I had an offer within weeks at a price very close to what I wanted. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly useful and responded quickly to any queries. Particular mention for Sabrina, Alex & Charles, who were integral to my sale.

Easy to use service and regular updates to start with. Sometimes these updates tail off, however they were then easy to get in contact with soon after.
