Great, easy to navigate website, wasn't expecting delivery for another 3 days but it came early and well packaged

Delivery was as promised, products are all received with no damages. All that’s left is to install.

Its was so easy to ordering was kept up to date with information for my delivery and when delivered the kind man brought them in for me .

I have used this company twice now and very pleased with the quality of the materials supplied at a good price, the delivery was on time and easy to track

Value for money, haven’t found a company that can beat them for price and I do a lot of media walls

Firstly the panels are superb quality B&Q are charging £79 per panel and its foam backed these are a fiber backed and good build quality easy to cut. Came packaged without damage will buy from again

The panels seemed ok for the price but the fact that they turned up 8 days late meant that I lost the job I had bought them for and subsequently the customer and future wor. They then sent me a text saying if you give a positive review we will refund you £10. Barely even a sorry. My advice don't use them for jobs that you have priced

Wall panels were well made and looked brilliant .

Thus is the 3rd time I have ordered from this excellent company and will be ordering in the future excellent customer services and delivery always smooth many thanks beautiful products

Good value for money delivered when said they would

I can recommend British home direct. I have used them a few times for my wall panelling and I have had iexcellent service.

The panelling itself was very good quality and love it.
However the LED strip lights arrived and the controller was cheap and battery cover broke the first time of opening and was denied a new one or a refund as it arrived ‘unbroken’
Shame as panelling is great.

Took advantage of the companies sale. Had absolutely no issues with the payment, delivery or communication. Will be purchasing more.

Ordered some walls panels from them and they were fantastic quality! Arrived on time and look fantastic on the wall. Would definitely buy from here again.

On my delivery date I had a call from the company to say my order wasnt on the delivery van as they hadnt been delivered to themselves. This wasnt a problem as I dont work but if I had taken a day off work I would of been annoyed. Maybe let people know before the delivery date. Communication was great with the company as I had to sort another date around an important hospital appointment. They were delivered today as arranged. There is tracking information to follow and the driver called us when he was 15 mins away. The panels are great ( ordered the extra long ones 2800mm) and I will definately reccommend or use them again.
