Friendly and helpful.

The gentleman Ben was so friendly felt like old friends, he didn't try to sell me something I didn't want, explained everything clearly, and put me at ease straight away.

An informative chat about the inevitable

Ben explained everything clearly & concisely and was quite happy to go over any concerns we had about the plan. He wasn't all business and engaged in conversation about himself, ourselves and our family. A very nice guy who is a credit to both his parents and the company he is representing.
