AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.....purchased the zipper stealth fat e- bike, from BRITMANIA, after a couple of the weeks the bike developed a fault, the power assist started to cut out making the bike unfit for purpose, contacted Britmania by email only as no phone number provided, Britmania showed no interest in trying to resolve my fault, just kept asking me to check this and check that and then trying to pass the buck onto, Nitrotek..I did inform them I was not qualified to make any sort of electrical diagnosis.
The bike needed to be professionally looked at , but Britmania showed no interest at all in trying to resolve this issue.
When it became abundantly clear that all mediation had broken down I have informed them I have started legal action against them for breach of contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Received the bike next day, this was for my husbands birthday. He really liked it. Received fast response when I requested for a assembly manual. Very impressed

Lack of phone number; inability to respond within the normal working hours via email, sometimes for several days; sent wrong model and unwilling to pay return postage saying that once the item was unpacked it was not in the same state as when sent out. How you are expected to inspect the order without opening the packaging is beyond me! AVOID at all costs
regardless of the response from the company, the way they manage their customer dealings is atrocious. responding to customer communication takes way too long, e.g. sometime 3 days. not good enough Britmania

My purchase was delivered a week later than estimated. There were parts missing so I am unable to complete its construction. I am now currently in limbo, unable to use the bike until I receive the missing parts.
There isn’t a phone contact so communication is via email. Was going to buy another bike at Christmas for my nephew but after this experience I’ll probable have to look elsewhere.

Been looking for a few weeks. For a zipper electric bike. Finally found one from Britannia . Very quick from ordering it to been delivered. Would order again.

Was sceptical about ordering this bike off this site but needn’t have worried. Delivery was slow but lockdown happened and affected it. Bike is fantastic and looks ace. Was very pleased
